Vacation rentals with a patio in Chautauqua County

Place was even nicer in person than in photos! Really cozy and cute. Stairs to go up are a little steep and ceiling a little low but we already knew that from the reviews so it didn't bother us. Half way down the street from the lake which was beautiful! A great value for a calm, peaceful weekend.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

Great place to enjoy the Great Lake, Lake Erie

We stayed here for a few nights while we checked out some of the local wineries. This place was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and felt inviting. We very much enjoyed having coffee on the balcony overlooking Main Street in the mornings. The location was perfect to see wineries in North East and in Westfield. We will definitely be back and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a space to call home for a few days!

This place was amazing. We visit this lake frequently and didn't even know this canal existed. It's amazing to have a place to tuck the boat away and not have to worry about wind/waves. The entire community here was so friendly. The house was perfect! Clean, bright and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Janet was a particularly good host! The place was beautiful and peaceful, tucked in off the main road, easy to get to the lake! We loved the coffee that was supplied! We needed nothing more, the place was perfect and so was the host!

We just needed a place to sleep while we visited local family for 2 days and chose Stacy's home because of the location. However, we got so much more than we ever anticipated! The amount of personal touches, attention to detail, and extra amenities in her home were amazing. We were so much more taken care of than we expected; she has clearly thought of everything that travelers might need, or not even realize they need. One example was that we were unable to bring a pack n play for our youngest due to travel space and were planning on being creative with whatever we could find at family's homes, but lo and behold, we found a beautiful pack n play, ready for use, in the upstairs closet at Stacy's house! That was just one of countless thoughtful details. This home is truly perfect.

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

Kym’s place was wonderful! We had a fantastic new years and getting to experience Chautauqua in the winter after not doing so after 7 years was so amazing. We enjoyed all the amenities and the tranquility that winter in Chautauqua had to offer! I highly recommend Kym’s place! She was a great host and she has a prime location!

What a beautiful condo in a gorgeous setting! Bethany was always very responsive when I had questions prior to arrival/upon departure, and the condo was comfortable, clean and just as pictured. It’s located in a great area of CHQ and has wonderful views of the lake. My family and I enjoyed our time in this property and would definitely stay there again next time!
