Relax in the treetops of our beautiful pecan grove! Guests adore the peaceful surroundings of our new 1260 sq ft guesthouse located on the second floor of a detached garage. This private space has an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, wifi, Roku TVs, and new appliances including washer and dryer. Sitting on 1.3 acres, the property is home to gardens, a tidal creek, and happy hens! It is quiet yet centrally located between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach.

The Cozy Island Home sits on a half acre in a quiet neighborhood between historic downtown (1 mile to downtown connector bridge), and Folly Beach ( 3 miles to Folly Beach). There's no hotels on James Island which is the only connection to the beach. So, if you're looking to get close to Folly Beach, without the noise or paying hundreds of dollars per night, we'd be honored to host you. Our home is safe, quiet, cozy and deeply grounding. Sunny Spot on Ocean View

This cozy guest house is located on Ocean View Road, which is a dead end. A quick down walk down the road and you will see Clark Sound and the Morris Island Lighthouse. The private driveway will easily accomodate your vehicle as well as a boat trailer should you decide to bring your own boat. Sunny Spot is 7 miles from Folly Beach and about 7 miles from downtown Charleston. It is also very close to John's Island where some excellent restaurants and breweries can be found.
