Located directly across from beach with a path to our front yard. Comfortable beach house, tastefully decorated on the West end of the island with large deck overlooking the ocean. The short sandy beach path is right out the front door. The home has ocean views and peaks of the river to the rear. View both sunrises and sunsets on this end of island. 9 blocks from the vibrant , eclectic center of town is where you'll find locally owned cafes, restaurants, stores, bars and the pier.

Perfectly situated between Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston our newly renovated home is the best location for those wanting to explore all that Charleston has to offer. The home is part of a duplex located in the center of James Island. There are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a small back patio outside the sliding glass doors in the living room. The private driveway can accommodate 2 cars.

A lovely studio centrally located on James Island, The Cottage is about 5 miles to Folly Beach or Downtown. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and almost everything on the island is within a few miles. *No children under 13 without prior approval.* **We do have a 30-day minimum during some dates. We had a wonderful stay at Peaceful Haven! The location was perfect. The house included lots of convenient and thoughtful details. From the comfortable beds, to the multi device chargers around the house, it was filled with everything that not only made our visit comfortable but exceptional. Our hosts were exceptional as well! Their interactions were kind and prompt. They left lots of lovely suggestions and even personalized our stay with gluten free goodies. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend Peaceful Haven to anyone.

Loved the private driveway and small yard. Good location for visiting the various areas of Charleston. My only complaint was the tiny bathroom sink - it’s similar to a cruise ship and water got all over the floor whenever you washed your face/hands.

Jen and Liam were gracious hosts to myself and girlfriend. We had an extremely early flight in and were flexible with us making our travel burn out manageable. Location was convenient for every single place we had in mind in the area. The cottage was clean and cozy and felt comfortable laying our heads down for the nights. Can’t recommend enough!

This is a great spot to either stay on the island or venture into downtown Charleston or other areas! 20 min away with traffic but there are multiple ways to get to and from where you want to go. Place looks just like the pictures & the water pressure in the shower is lovely!

Beautiful place, matched the photos and was relatively close to everything we wanted. It was very clean and felt at home. The bathroom was beautiful and was a pretty private place and a nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here if you want a nice quiet space and a relaxing stay.

We had an amazing stay at Kate’s place. It’s in a wonderful location. We went for the beach and concert at credit one stadium. It was super convenient to both and to dining at Shem creek. We will definitely stay again!
