Villa vacation rentals in Jamaica

ZYANI was recommended by dear friends. Our group of 7 rented the entire villa for 3 nights, and we'd all go back in a heartbeat. The focal point is the patio, directly on the ocean—it's stunning. The soothing sound of the ocean is a constant. The saltwater pool is perfect. Each bedroom is spacious, all with their own bathroom and nice little touches. If the ocean breeze isn’t enough, the ceiling and floor fans are good. We opted to hire a chef for our stay, and the meals they cooked for us were all fantastic. Stephanie and her team are friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. The place is full of love and tranquility. I recommend you either drive or use Uber, as there's not much within walking distance. Stephanie recommended a small secluded beach nearby, and is less than a 10-minute drive. Other area attractions are 30 to 60 minutes away; Stephanie guided us on what to do (and, equally important, what to skip). Much love to Stephanie for creating a peaceful oasis in Ocho Rios! ♥️

A lovely place with boutique artsy quirks that we assume is Sarah’s artist on display. Loved the floors, felt like walking on the beach at Jurassic Coast. The pool was great. The oxtail dinner was fantastic. Great location, can walk to Jake’s. Had a great time. Did we mention Lulu?

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. The craftsmanship of the home is one of a kind and top quality. The host was very responsive and proactive. She was able to accommodate additional services like grocery shopping before we arrived, cooking meals, driver service and ironing services. Carline, her housekeeper, went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast was plentiful. She even added flowers from the garden to the breakfast table, which was a nice touch. When we were away from the house, Carline would tidy up after us, which was really kind since we had a big group and a busy schedule. Lando, the driver, was able to accommodate our large group and was on time for pick ups and flexible for drop offs. The location was on a hill, behind a private gate, but still very accessible when we decided to use Uber. The home is private and tucked away but still only 10 minutes from some of the best restaurants in the city. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend.

My fiancé and I stay here was nice. Date:from May 1st- 3rd 2025. Melody gave great instructions on how to enter the property,retrieve the keys,and get to the unit. Exsactly what the pictures showed is what we stayed in.The unit was clean,clutter free, and good smell. Melody was kind and responsive even before officaly booked. Melody gave us a list of suggestions of what to do and go once I told her we we celebrating our anniversary. we don't have any negatives about this unit & will be booking again.

It was lovely to stay at the house nice quiet relaxing neighborhood I definitely enjoyed it If I come back I definitely stay there again, Ms Andrea was very nice helpful and she texted me back quickly, Thanks you so much

Zander’s place is wonderful and Carleign is such an incredible chef. She puts so much love into her dishes and is just simply amazing! We had a great time on the property swimming and hanging around the lawn area. Highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable at Errol's villa from the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by AnnMarie. The home definitely delivers on the beautiful views promised and it was shiny clean, uncluttered and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need including good quality cookware, dishware, glasses, cutlery and knives, as well as a nice selection of spices. There are wonderful outdoor spaces - including the private gazebo which is great for morning coffee and for those incredible sunsets! In the afternoon, the backyard provided some nice shade to lounge in. The community was safe and everyone, from security guards to other residents, was friendly. It was a 10-12 minute walk, including about 5 minutes through the jungle trail, to get to the start of Bloody Bay beach. Both Errol and AnnMarie were responsive and easy to communicate with. Great recommendations for a local driver (Nie) and a massage therapist who came to the Villa (Moya). Highly recommend Errol's villa.

Adehya was absolutely amazing for our week-long winter family vacation. We had 7 people and were very comfortable in the villa. This was a chill-vacation so we only did one excursion during the week and spent all days at the beach (short 5 minute walk) and having family nights at the Villa. The beach has a nice bar and restaurant and the bar is open day and night. The villa itself is simply beautiful. Spacious 4 bedroom and loved the master with outdoor bathroom. I also can't say enough glowing comments about the staff -- Willy went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Miss E and Miss Jackie -- also fantastic! They are all great communicators! They work 9-5, mostly - though were accommodating when we had dinner after 5 a couple nights. The Silver Sands neighborhood is lovely. Matt was extremely responsive leading up to the trip and during as I asked a bunch of questions off and on. A family vacation to remember! Would come back to Adehya again!

We had an unforgettable stay at Catch My Drift! From start to finish, everything was smooth, relaxing, and truly special. The property itself is beautiful and gave us that perfect mix of comfort and island charm. A huge highlight was the chef absolutely phenomenal! Every meal was a treat, filled with authentic Jamaican flavors and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, always friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. My family had a wonderful time we laughed, relaxed, and made memories we’ll cherish forever. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service and delicious food, this is the place. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Jenny’s villa. I was there with four other ladies, but the space could easily accommodate more. Chef Tavoy prepared delicious meals for us every day, and Pethula kept our rooms organized—she even did the laundry from our hampers. The pool was crystal clear and perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning on the back patio, which was such a peaceful spot. The villa felt very safe, and the beach was just a short five-minute walk away. One night, we even had a fun karaoke session by the beach. Truly a memorable getaway!

We stayed at Chris and Kay’s beautiful home in Montego Bay to celebrate my birthday with six of my girlfriends, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was stunning—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with everything we needed to feel right at home. The pool was a major highlight—perfect for lounging, laughing, and soaking up the Jamaican sun. Chris and Kay were amazing hosts—welcoming, responsive, and so accommodating throughout our stay. From the smooth check-in to the thoughtful touches around the house, they made sure we were well taken care of. This trip was everything I hoped for and more. If you’re planning a group getaway or a special occasion in Montego Bay, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend—we will definitely be back!

Our stay in Jamaica for my bachelorette trip was absolutely unforgettable, and a huge part of that is thanks to Robert! From start to finish, he was the ultimate host—our boots on the ground and the glue that held every part of our experience together. He helped us coordinate everything we needed and more, making sure each detail of our celebration was handled with care and intention. The chef? Incredible. The food was bursting with authentic Jamaican flavor. The porridge was out of this world, and the brown stew chicken, callaloo, and fried plantain were absolutely delicious. Every meal felt like a hug from the island! Our driver was not only reliable but also incredibly entertaining and insightful he kept us laughing and learning the whole trip. This trip would not have been the same without Robert. He made sure every moment was seamless, joyful, and memorable. If you’re planning a trip to Jamaica and want someone who truly goes above and beyond—look no further. Robert is a gem!

Staff: Davion, George, and Maureen were outstanding—welcoming, attentive, and professional. George always had meals perfectly timed and prepared, and handled all the planning and shopping with professional and ease. Davion was the epitome of Jamaican hospitality—warm, fun, and friendly. Maureen kept everything spotless and ready at all times. Location: The villa isn’t walkable to nearby spots, so plan to rent a car or hire a driver. We used their recommended service and had Carl, who was excellent—professional, punctual, kind, and patient. Villa: All rooms were comfortable and included en-suite bathrooms. I traveled with my 2- and 3-year-old kids, for them the property requires constant supervision with little ones due to multiple stairs, hard tile floors, open balcony railings, and a pool overhang that isn’t child-safe. They provided a pack n play which was very convenient. This house is perfect if you are traveling with older children/teens, so much to do.

Myself and a group of friends stayed at Pimento villa and I can confidently say it was an absolutely amazing experience. The owners are extremely hospitable and very attentive and understanding. We had some minor issues however Orville fixed it right away. Their home is also exceptionally clean, organized, tidy and very spacious. The pictures truly do this place no justice, my group was in awe as soon as we stepped through the door. The location is also very convenient as essential Knick-knacks were easily attainable. Anja and Orville’s villa also family friendly as board games are also provided for guests. Our stay at this beautiful home was phenomenal and we truly enjoyed every aspect of it. We appreciate the hospitality and we hope to book with you guys again.

Just book it!! Location was perfect for my stay!! The yard and views were beautiful. It was in close proximity to family and friends in the Falmouth area, 7-10mins to multiple beach options and only 30mins from Sangsters Airport. ACs and TV’s in all bedrooms were definitely a plus! Already thinking about our next trip and will definitely recommend. Thanks for sharing your space 😊

I recently returned from an unforgettable vacation in Montego Bay, My family and I stayed at the Villa in Ironshore and I can’t thank Michael and Nai enough for making the experience so incredible! From the moment we arrived, Michael was there to greet us with a warm smile and a wealth of knowledge about the area. Our itinerary was perfectly curated, balancing relaxation and adventure. mochael recommended stunning beaches where we could unwind and soak up the sun, as well as exciting excursions like snorkeling and visiting local attractions. The highlight was definitely the day trip to the famous waterfalls – it was breathtaking! Throughout our stay, Michael and Nai was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about our experience. Whether it was helping us with transportation or suggesting the best spots. My family enjoyed the pool and the grill and the movie theater. Most of all the relaxing time we all spend together. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb by the sea in Jamaica. The views were absolutely stunning ! we loved watching both the moon rise and the sunrise right from the property. The host was extremely welcoming, and the caretaker was so kind and attentive, always making sure our needs were met. The peaceful grounds were perfect for our two-year-old son, who loved exploring and gazing out at the sea. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. We can’t wait to return!

We are sad to leave and are currently rebooking for next year we have had an amazing time staying at this property it felt like home from home. Judith is an amazing host. The surroundings are beautiful kept clean and tidy. Jusith always informed us as to when the pool was being cleaned and the grounds being tided. We have family in Kingston and was local to all the shops. We felt very secure and safe within this gated property. I could go on but we are rebooking that’s how much we loved our stay here including the mangos from the tree Thank you Judith
