We had a very nice time in Karlsbad. The apartment is well appointed and very well located. The city center and the thermal baths can be reached quickly. Only the street is sometimes a bit noisy.

We spent 5 wonderful days in the clean apartment and felt very comfortable there. The personal greeting/key handover was friendly and worked smoothly thanks to Google Translate. The beautiful old building apartment has charm, a very pleasant smell and is equipped with everything you need for 2 people (the fridge has to my delight :) a freezer for ice cream ) In our opinion, it is perfectly located - restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. are right outside the door or within walking distance, as are the bus stop. The spa promenade is a short walk away or by bus. The parking garage is about a 5-minute walk away - a big plus for guests arriving by car. Friday and Saturday there was a party downstairs in the bar, you can hear the bass, of course. But we were still able to sleep well. Otherwise, it is a very quiet, tidy house. This accommodation and hostess are highly recommended 🥰 We will be happy to come back!

The FW was great , modern and clean and beautiful large windows in the WZ. You get up every morning and have the great view of nature. The small good bourgeois restaurant Anna nearby can also be reached on foot. Nice waitress. We'd love to come back. We'd love to come back.

The apartment is very nice and in top condition. Everything you need is there. The location to the ski resort is great.

We stayed in the property for a ski holiday with 5 people. The location is perfect- the ski lift is only 5 minutes away by car from the Apartment. The apartment can be found in a large apartment building where there are a few other vacation apartments and otherwise normal residents. The property is very modern and generously equipped. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the two separate bathrooms.

Very good communication, apartment is equipped as described and clean, quiet location and just about 15-20 minutes from Karlovy Vary, all in all great. Glad to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The equipment of the apartment was great. The location is perfect for skiing at the Keilberg. You can drive about 5 minutes to the nearest parking lot.

It's a nice cozy place to stay. You can get everywhere easily and the parking is outside the door. I would spend my vacation there again for a few days.

We stayed for one night in Ludek's luxurious apartment. Everything is as shown in the pictures and kept very generous. Also the view is very luxurious, the location more than super! We were also able to book a suitable car parking space. We didn't meet Ludek himself, unfortunately his friend didn't speak English or German. Thanks to a spoken app, it was still smooth and uncomplicated. I can only recommend it.

The property is centrally located and you can walk to many attractions. The apartment is very large and bright with exceptional furnishings. The whole apartment was very lovingly and stylishly furnished. Everything is coordinated.
