The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

Nice, cozy and modern apartment, studio size - 1 bedroom - room with a comfortable double bed and a kitchenette with a balcony and a beautiful view of the whole city. You will find absolutely everything you could need during your stay, including all hygiene and cleaning products, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and a few capsules. In December 2025, the apartment was renovated, modernized and painted, we have a new vinyl floor, a new quiet refrigerator, a design panel behind the TV with lighting.

Dostupnost do centra pěšky či autobusem. V blízkosti je restaurace. Tenisové kurty i tenisová hala je k dispozici s 15% slevou. Je možnost si objednat trénink nebo hraní s trenérem.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

Relax and feel the true magic of the mountains in the climatic interior. After the trip, take a break and read on a spacious window sill full of pillows or bask next to the fireplace. Relax in the very center of Szklarska (5 minutes walk to Lidl, 7 minutes to pubs and restaurants, close to the Jakuszyce route) in a fully equipped flat (fridge, dishwasher, stove, kitchen equipment, towels, TV, internet). The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite reception and free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The apartment includes a terrace (11m2) with outdoor seating.

In the city center, bus stop to Bedrichov 20 meters. In Bedrichov a lots of opportunities for mountain biking in the summer or skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter. Accomodation available for single travelers, families with kids. Small pets are OK. Breakfast is included and it is served in the deli store Lahudky Vahala (downstairs, same building as the apartment).
