The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

In December 2025, the apartment was renovated, modernized and painted, we have a new vinyl floor, a new quiet refrigerator, a design panel behind the TV with lighting.
