Very spacious accommodation with all the essentials. Hillside location that offers magnificent views and complete tranquility.

Maurizio is a great host and his place is excellent for visiting Monaco and surrounding areas. Place is nice, terrace has beautiful views of Monaco and seaside. We haven't used the pool due to the weather but it looks nice. Car is pretty essential for this place, but if you dont mind walking it is 15-20 minutes to Monaco and be prepared for 45 minutes walking with very steep climb. Taxi from Monaco to Maurizio place is around 25-30 euros. Comes highly recommended.

Flawless accommodation, closet space available (cleaning product), and most linens provided, very well equipped and beautiful location geographical to visit the area. very friendly, responsive, accommodating owner. The accommodation is perfect for vacationers traveling with their pet because there is no risk of it escaping.

We had a great vacation here and enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts received us personally and very friendly. They showed and explained everything to us. They were always available for questions and were able to give us many great recommendations for the area, for example, restaurants or excursions. The accommodation is a townhouse. Thanks to the stone walls, it's nice and cool inside. The kitchen is rather sparsely equipped, but it is sufficient for preparing breakfast or simple meals. In addition, the hosts can be asked for help at any time and the needs can be communicated. The garden also invites you to linger and our dog was allowed to move freely. Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the evening. The whole place was clean. It is advisable to arrive by car, for example, to explore the surrounding area, to make excursions or to eat or shop in Lucca. The nearby aqueduct invites you to walk/run.

for the international game festival, two very comfortable nights at Guillaume's. We particularly appreciated the presence of hygiene products, toilet paper, wipes everything, two towels each, coffee, salt pepper oil... The host provides everything to feel welcome.

Great location, right in the heart of old Vence. Plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. House felt spacious and well equipped.

We have fallen in love with Valbonne! It’s cobbled streets,independent shops, abundance of charm not to mention a wonderful cheese shop and very friendly people. Olivia’s house oozes character and sophistication. It has been sympathetically renovated in a very thoughtful way. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the village but also quiet. We had to get used to the many spiral steps in the house but once mastered has left us fitter than when we arrived. We shall return.

Beautiful apartment and great location close to the beach and harbour area. Spacious for our group of five adults. Jacuzzi, direct view to the sea and roof terrace are pure luxury. Incredible place! Very quiet and peaceful. Free parking 2min. walking distance. Very coquette and cosy place- both the hamlet and the house. We didn't miss anything! I recommend! We were 6 people and we are all very pleased.

We had a truly wonderful stay in this lovely townhouse in the heart of Antibes. The location couldn’t have been better — just a stone’s throw from the charming Provençal daily market, close to great shopping, restaurants, and the local beach. Despite being so central, the house was remarkably peaceful and quiet. We especially enjoyed the enclosed courtyard — perfect for relaxed breakfasts with coffee and croissants, and evenings sipping rosé under the intoxicating scent of jasmine. The townhouse itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Marion was a fantastic host — communication was excellent throughout, and we felt very well looked after. It was so sad to leave beautiful Antibes, but we’re already planning our return!

Catherine's place was really lovely and had all the essentials. Especially in the bedroom on the second floor, I was thrilled to see the sea in the distance. Especially when we were in trouble with the car, we asked for help and they were happy to help us solve the problem. Thank you so much, Catherine! I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a fantastic time in Alisa's wonderful house in Antibes. The location is perfect. The weekly market and numerous restaurants just around the corner. The view from the roof terrace is indescribable. Valérie, 'The Keylady', was super nice, welcomed us warmly and gave us great tips. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

If I could give 6 stars I would because this charming apartment ranks above any airbnb I have ever rented. It is so well-appointed that every need is considered in advance. The decor is lovely and homey. The outdoor patio has an incredible view and seating for a group dinner or cocktails. I will recommend this to my friends and family - heck, I will recommend it to people I simply overhear talking about visiting Nice.

Incredibly lovingly furnished house with all the comforts and endless beautiful details. The location was perfect for us, very quiet but within walking distance to the bakery and village with opportunities to eat out and a very well located starting point for excursions. A house to feel good in without restrictions.

Although we experienced some difficulties, Alexa was a super responsive host and helped us to solve them.

We found a home away from home with this house. Not only was it spotless when we arrived but Alessandra had thought about everything from making the home smell wonderful to leaving some toys out for the kids. The house is immaculately thought out with lamps and bookshelves in the right places for example. We absolutely loved and lived in the garden with its shaded areas in the midday sun and warm evening light. Our kids felt right at home straight away which is something we haven’t ever experienced before. We will be back as we feel we’ve left a part of us there! Thank you Ale for everything! X

Everything is in accordance with the offer, a very good host. In the kitchen, the equipment is above standard, a very nice surprise with a welcome treat, and the pantry is even stocked with wine. We really recommend this accommodation. We are very pleased to have used this accommodation.

We felt very comfortable! The house is very modernly furnished. You can hear the train, but it was not unpleasant in any situation. You can hardly hear it in the house. We loved that we could take our two dogs with us. The garden is large and everything is fenced, which was really great! The pool was great! It's a pity that there is no real grass, but you can see that in the photos. We would book again anytime.
