Guesthouse vacation rentals in Italian Riviera

Very nice apartment, great base for visiting the Menton area. It is a little higher than the Riviera but by car it is a few minutes away. Sophie was very responsive and clear.

Podere Consani is a little paradise. We came with our two kids and they enjoyed the puppies, Leo the horse, all the other dogs and cats just as much as we did. Susan and her family were super welcoming and helped with all the questions we had. It really is a special place to stay, calm and isolated but yet so alive with all the animals around. Happy to come back one day!

Cozy house with everything you need, even dishwasher and washing machine. The pool is nice and clean and big. Communication with Paola and her husband was straightforward. We were the only one missing a grill, which is not contrary to the description. But that was really the only little thing. We had a very nice and relaxing vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay with Christine and Serge. The property is lovely, the pool is a treat on hot days, and the studio is comfortable. Saint-Jeannet is a lovely town and within a short drive to other towns for additional dinner, grocery options, etc. Being able to do laundry is also a plus! We would definitely stay again. Just a few little things to enhance the stay would be to provide further check-in guidance/welcome packet with things like wi-fi password, any house rules/guidance. The studio is also sparingly equipped, so we bought things like hand soap, oil for cooking, dish soap.

It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely apartment. With Mr. Fabio there was great communication and everything was as described. Convenient location a stone's throw from Ariston. I'll definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Sophie’s place! The location was perfect — just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around the South of France super easy. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. Sophie was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Valerio and his family are very kind and welcoming hosts. The location is peaceful and quiet, great guest house with a beautiful pool. We were warmly welcomed with a home made cake, which was very delicious! We very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The property is very suitable for families. It has a lot of space outside and a large pool. Geir and Anne live right next door and were able to offer answers & help with questions and concerns.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Tomaso. Thomas was so communicative and hospitable. The home is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need, including a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean. We will absolutely return to Casa Tomaso and Menton.

Very nice, private and cosy place.

Very friendly studio with a small terrace located about twenty minutes from Nice train station, on the heights overlooking the Russian Cathedral. The space has storage (wardrobe), a separate bathroom, and a kitchenette. A small table for two is installed on the terrace where it is possible to have lunch, which is of course very pleasant with the azure climate. The owners are charming and very available. They came by several times to make sure everything was okay. In short, a place to recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Eleonore's house. Eleonore welcomed us very warmly. It has everything you need the apartment is very nice. The place is beautiful in peace and quiet. Thank you for the thoughtful touches and good advice. We are very happy with our holiday. We'll be happy to go back.

Our visit at the B&B was magnificent. We found it to be such an unique place and area. Jean-Michel was a friendly and a wonderful host. Will never forget the shooting stars view from the swimming pool at night! The swimming pool was well maintained and cleaned regularly. If you want a truly authentic french place to stay, I’d say this is your spot. The artsy and beautiful village of Biot was nearby which is a great suggestion to visit. There’s a bakery nearby which has the most delicious fresh breads. Had a lovely stay and I’m very grateful!

Excellent located for small trips to beaches, restaurants, multiple city centres or hiking. Appartement suits perfectly for a Family with 2 Kids, especially the terrace is awesome.

We had a lovely stay here, we were greeted helpfully by Marie Francoise when we arrived. The accommodation was cosy and the outdoor area and pool were lovely and peaceful. The optional breakfast was delicious as well. Would recommend staying here for a tranquil stay.

We felt right at home! Emilie and her husband are very friendly and gave us good tips. We were very warmly received, even with a bottle of wine and nibbles. The bed is sensational, we slept great. The location is perfect for trips to the Cote d'Azur and the hinterland. Dsiw apartment is very lovingly decorated and everything necessary was on site
