Farmstay vacation rentals in Italian Riviera

Unser Aufenthalt bei Jocelyn und Andrea war einfach perfekt! Beide sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und wohnen direkt nebenan, idyllisch hinter den Orangenbäumen – frische Orangen gab es als nette Geste regelmäßig dazu. Das weitläufige Grundstück bietet ausreichend Platz und mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten, ideal für Gruppenreisen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr großzügig geschnitten: vier gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein großer Raum im Obergeschoss mit zwei Doppelschlafsofas sowie ein offener, heller Wohn- und Essbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, inklusive Spülmaschine. Im Untergeschoss gibt es einen großzügigen Fahrradraum – perfekt für Bike-Urlauber. Außerdem besteht draußen die Möglichkeit, die Räder unkompliziert mit einem Wasserschlauch zu reinigen. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig, man genießt absolute Entspannung, und gleichzeitig ist das wunderschöne Finalborgo schnell erreichbar. Für sportliche Gruppen oder Familien, die Komfort und eine entspannte Atmosphäre

Wunderschönes Haus mit schönem Garten oberhalb von Lucca mit Blick auf die toskanische Landschaft. Mit den Rädern war es kein Problem Lucca, Pisa oder den Strand bei Viareggio zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war von der Größe sehr gut für uns sechs Reisende ausgelegt: schöne Zimmer und Badezimmer, absolut perfekt eingerichtete Küche. Überdies stand uns im Garten ein Grill zur Verfügung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

We had the most wonderful, tranquil and relaxing stay with Federica and Philippe. The space and surroundings were far more beautiful than we could have imagined. And our hosts radiated warmth and a love for their area. They were so kind to us and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the marmalade and fresh bread to the goat walking and hospitality. We are already working out when we can return! We were slightly worried about coming on public transport and what kind of food / essentials we would be able to get locally. We needn’t have worried. We took some food with us on the bus from Ventimiglia but you can get essentials (pasta, tins of tomatoes, oil etc.) in the little shop in Rochetta. And although there are only a few buses a day, it was a scenic, convenient and lovely way to arrive! The landscape is incredible and we would highly recommend the area for anyone who loves nature or swimming outside. Thank you again for such a beautiful time!

It was special treat to be welcomed by Laura when we arrived. She was a great hostess. We felt very comfortable in the spacious surroundings which included an outdoor terrace with expansive views across the Garfagnana valley. As we didn't have a car we walked into Barga which is about 20 minutes. Barga offers shops, restaurants and art galleries. I found lots of opportunities to do some painting around the old town and walks to nearby villages. We loved Barga and are keen to return.

Claudio und seine Frau waren perfekte Gastgeber. Immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Danke nochmal für die tolle Begrüßung 🥰 Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und konnten die Ruhe und Aussicht sehr genießen. Die Nähe zum Meer (1 Stunde Fahrt, keine Kurverei) hat uns positiv überrascht. Auch wenn der letzte Kilometer zum Haus auf den ersten Anschein abenteuerlich wirkt, alles halb so wild da einfach zu befahren. Wir werden wohl wiederkommen.

Der Aufenthalt war zauberhaft. Andreas Haus liegt umgeben von seinen 400 Olivenbäumen. Wer die Ruhe im Urlaub sucht, ist im Haus von Andrea genau richtig. Der Gastgeber ist herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung, ist mit allen Dingen die man benötigt, eingerichtet. Alles ist aufeinander abgestimmt und sehr einladend. Blitzsauber. Imperia und die kleinen Dörfer rund herum sind zauberhaft. Die Menschen unglaublich gastfreundlich. An der Küstenstrasse entlang gibt es viele schöne Plätze, den Tag am Meer zu genießen. Ich selbst habe aber auch die Tage im Haus verbracht, da es für mich ein ganz besonderer Ort war. Nachts leuchten sogar die Glühwürmchen mit den Sternen um die Wette. Ich kann dieses zauberhaftes Domizil nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Es lohnt sich. Vielen Dank an Andrea.

The apartment is great, the view really makes and has a big private balcony which overlooks the Barolo area. Ila and Roberta were both brilliant, friendly and attentive. Would 100% recommend and maybe return one day

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni fantastici nella villa di Daniele, immersa nella tranquillità della campagna toscana. Eravamo in 9 amici e la casa è stata perfetta per il nostro soggiorno: spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. La piscina e la jacuzzi esterne sono state le protagoniste delle nostre giornate di relax, mentre la sauna interna ha aggiunto un tocco speciale alle serate. Gli spazi comuni sono ampi e ben organizzati e il portico esterno è ideale per fare una grigliata. Daniele è stato un host impeccabile: sempre disponibile e attento, ci ha fatto sentire subito benvenuti. Un soggiorno che consigliamo senza esitazioni, perfetto per chi cerca pace, comfort e un bel posto dove condividere momenti con gli amici.

Wir waren sofort begeistert vom wunderschönen Haus und dem großen blitzsauberen Pool . Es ist noch schöner als die Fotos vermuten lassen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche, das Wetter war perfekt und so konnten wir den riesigen Pool in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Haus ist ein ganz besonderes Landhaus, sehr großzügig, modern ausgestattet und aus beeindruckend schönen Materialien gebaut. Alles super durchdacht. Zu jedem Schlafbereich gibt es ein komfortables, modernes Badezimmer. Der Außenbereich ist riesig und es gibt verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum sitzen und liegen. Wir waren mit 7 Personen da und rundum zufrieden. Es war der entspannteste Urlaub den wir seit langem erlebt haben. Wir danken Fabio und seiner netten Familie für diese schöne Zeit in ihrem einzigartigen Haus.

Fabrizio's place was perfect! The surrounding area is beautiful, and both the apartment and pool are very well maintained. Everything felt clean and fresh, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The local pizzeria they recommended is definitely worth a visit, and the wine Fabrizio makes is also excellent. We'd be happy to return for a longer stay next time.

Giada’s place was amazing! From the photos I thought it would be a little more rustic, but it had been completely renovated in 2021. Of the seven lodgings we stayed in across northern Italy, Giada’s place was my favorite. Spacious, comfortable, views of the countryside…we loved it! Giada’s and her family were excellent hosts. We couldn’t have been happier.

We visited for a multi-generational family holiday - grandparents, kids and parents. The setting is wonderful, in the mountains of Fosciandora - an easy 1.20 hr drive from Pisa airport. We enjoyed having the option of the jacuzzi as well as the fresh water pool. And had local chefs cook for us several evenings. The local Tigalle meal was a special highlight on our first day - compliments to Chef Nenella. It’s a stunning place and we’d love to come back. Local trips we did were to Lucca (about an hour), Castelnuovo di Garfagnana and Barga. Pizza Indie was a great recommendation from Leo. Our hosts were so responsive and wonderful to speak to. They couldn’t have been more attentive. I can def imagine we’ll be back in years to come. Highly recommend the his wonderful place to anyone who truly wants to get away and switch off. The mountain air and beauty is good for the soul.

Vi blev varmt välkomnade med fantastisk lunch och storslagen vy. Boendet överträffade våra förväntningar och vi fick under hela vår vistelse oerhört bra service i form av vinprovning, hjälp med att hyra cyklar-som vi starkt rekommenderar, marknadsbesök och restaurangupplevelser som vi utan värdarnas hjälp inte fått ta del av. Surpassed our expectations- the view was unreal, sat and stared by the hour. Very well equipped, clean, roomy, nicely furnished place. Ample parking, just above town of Castagnole delle Lanze but nicely removed and isolated from any congestion. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Tres bel appartement dans un lieu sublime. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et à l’écoute durant mon séjour. Seul bémol sur le chemin donnant de la route principale jusqu’à la propriété, qui est très étroit et en forte pente.

We had a fantastic one-week stay at Stefania’s Holiday Home as a group of four with our dog. The house is perfect for four people, but a fifth could easily fit. It has lots of Tuscan charm, lovely bathrooms and bedrooms, and is well equipped with all essential kitchen utensils. The location is great – just 17 minutes to Lucca and 5–10 minutes to various shops. It’s a perfect base for trips to Pisa, Florence, or nearby wineries. Stefania is a wonderful host who gave us lots of helpful info and local tips at check-in. She was always available via Whatapp. At check-in/out we read the gas and electricity meters together – we paid about €30 for one week (cash only). The garden is fully fenced, which was ideal for our dog, and the pool is a dream. We’d love to come back!

Mattia hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns mit guten Ideen für Restaurants und den Besuch von Weingütern unterstützt. Die Lage des Hauses oberhalb von Treiso bietet eine phantastische Sicht auf die Rebberge rund um Alba. Speziell vermissen werden wir das Frühstück am Pool. Wir können Ferien in der Wohnung von Mattia wärmstens empfehlen.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

Nous avons adoré le logement d’Alessandro! Les pièces sont très grandes et toujours remplies d’une luminosité magnifique. Aucune photo ne peut rendre justice à la beauté des paysages environnants! Grand stationnement et belles commodités. Logement idéal pour voyager avec des enfants. Alessandro a été un hôte chaleureux et accueillant. Endroit paisible, idéal comme camp de base pour découvrir la magnifique région du Piedmont!

Une vraie maison de vacances, chaleureuse et fonctionnelle, comme on n’en voit plus beaucoup sur AirBnb! La décoration est vraiment soignée, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner et la vue de la chambre est magnifique. Nous avons visité la région en 3j sans voiture, le logement est accessible par le bus de Vintimile. Merci Maria, nous recommandons avec plaisir !

Absolutely amazing stay, Umberto and Sharif were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. The villa was beautiful and rooms where incredible we each had our own space. We were a group of 8 adults and 6 children and always felt we had enough space. Would go back in a heartbeat We did trips to Pisa, Lucca, beach Pool was gorgeous and the gardens well maintained. We had a wonderful stay! The view over the vineyards is absolutely stunning, and the pool was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing. Alberto was very kind and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. There are also some great restaurants nearby, which was a big plus. The only small downside was that the beds were a bit worn-out, but everything else more than made up for it.

Die Ferienwohnung und das gesamte Anwesen sind wirklich wunderschön. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig und alles ist blitzsauber. Der Garten und die Terrassen sind traumhaft, rundherum eine tolle Aussicht mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank gefüllt mit leckeren Sachen für das Frühstück. Christina ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und schön. Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage dort verbracht und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen, der Ort ist wirklich etwas besonderes!
