The Old Cassava Mill in the Taquaras neighborhood, fully restored and today a beautiful site with a 3,000-meter garden, a two-minute walk from Taquaras Beach. The glass and wood house preserved the original pieces of the old mill in its design, which are now part of the residence's decor.

All the houses are equipped with air-conditioning, wifi, rotating parking, full kitchen and barbecue grill. Beach chairs, umbrella, stand up paddle and kayak shared use among the townhouses.
