It features Wi-Fi, cable TV and a private garage. Because it is on the 1st floor, it has a large sunny terrace with a barbecue and a private pool to cool off on hot days. The apartment was as shown in the photos. Very clean, comfortable, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It had a coffee maker, among other elements that make you feel very comfortable. Check-in was very easy, access to the apartment is also very convenient. Just like checkout. The apartment has no sea view, but it is in a very quiet sector of Balneário camboriu near the wheel, and very few meters from the beach, walking 5 minutes away. Fillipe was very kind, responded quickly, was attentive to all my questions and helped me with everything that was necessary. I highly recommend this place!

It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.

The apartment perfectly matches the ad. Wonderful view, excellent location with market and pharmacy nearby. Super well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and super spacious bathrooms. Julian and Dida super attentive. There is only an alert for those who rent and go with a very large car, pickup trucks can have a certain difficulty with the parking space of the apartment, since the access is by curved ramps. We loved hosting and would be back for sure.

Since arriving in Mara, she has always been very solicitous. He made us feel super comfortable and promptly responded to everything we needed. Excellent lodging, just like the description and images, the condominium is very comfortable and organized, both Lenin and his in-laws (who received us at the apê for the delivery of the keys) are very attentive and friendly, we love our stay at the Garden Village, we hope to return soon.

The apartment is very cozy and contains all the necessary utensils and furniture to make a great stay possible! Another positive point is the location of the apartment, as it is close to everything and the view is sensational!! The condominium organization is very good! (A nice thing is that it has a great cafeteria and a mini market inside the building, which made it a lot easier for us). Hosts are attentive, helpful and respond immediately! My wife and I love the place and plan to return soon!

We were very well received by Adalberto, the accommodations correspond exactly with the photos, the location is very good, with several restaurants nearby, a market, the beach is very close, it exceeded my expectations. We loved the stay, excellent place, right on the avenue facing the sea, on the central beach. Wonderful breakfast. Great rooftop pool overlooking the entire waterfront. Sedenir was very attentive and helpful. We loved it and will definitely stay again. Super recommended.
