Spacious-This family house can accommodate two guests in a closed room and two guests in an open room. The main rooms have a terrace that is hidden from curious views and offers views of one of the most beautiful places in the world. The spacious living and dining areas are on the first floor and the extension is a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a toilet. The house is restored in a traditional style and retains the amosphere of the place.

Enjoy a perfect holidays in our apartment with pool and close to beach Banjole, only 200 m. It is a new and modern apartment with private entrance in Banjole near beach-200 m for 4 people on the ground floor, divided into two bedrooms (2 x double bed), a bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room which offers additional sleeping. All rooms are air-conditioned. Pool is private and with salt water. Outside area offers big garden, completely fenced, private parking and pool with outside kitchen.

In the morning and late in the evening, guests can relax on the spacious terrace with a wonderful view of the Učka mountain and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Children will especially enjoy the playground.

Opustite se u novo uređenom Pureart stanu blizu centra Pule . Dali smo naziv Pureart ,jer se ispod aprtmana nalazi umjetnički atelje gdje se mogu vidjeti slike i kupiti suveniri ručno napravljeni. Stan se nalazi u mirnom kvartu 15 minuta hodanja do centra. Apartman se prvi puta otvara za goste u ljeto 2024. Najbliža plaža zove se Pješćana uvala i udaljena je svega nekoliko minuta kao i veći dućani i Pula City Mall.

Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.
