House vacation rentals in Istria

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

The place was very reasonable for the price and very large for two people. The pool and garden were perfectly designed for relaxation. Martin was always available for us. All in all, we liked it very much, would gladly come again.

Had a lovely vacation in the beautiful house in the amazing surroundings. The house is located with indescribably beautiful views. Idyllic with birds chirping. The associated pool is large, nice and clean. This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Labin/Rabac. 😍 Hope to return to Romana's lovely place.

We loved every minute here! The photos do not do it justice – – it’s far more beautiful in person. The views over trees and the water are spell – binding. We would sit and watch as the sky and the water as the light changed. It was very easy to hike up on the Napoleonic way or down to the seaside. The kitchen was great and it was fun to cook with fresh Italian ingredients. I enjoyed a few swims even in cooler weather. But it was particularly a good place for us to hole up and reboot, take a break and get work done. We hope to make this an annual retreat. Petra and Ivan were particularly helpful, and went out of their way to support our stay and even extend it. We are very grateful!

The house is amazing, the pool is great, especially with the indoor Jacuzzi, the kitchen is bright and beautiful, and very peaceful surroundings in the middle of nature. In walking distance, you find a local restaurant in a lovely 200 year old town - the smallest city in the world. Bring your supermarket purchase ride with you, then you can enjoy interrupted vacations. The host family is great, always helpful, always there if you need them for good advice. we felt very well treated and welcome. We had a wonderful time and we’ll definitely come back in the future. Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Rarely experienced such a welcoming host. The house was perfect, modern, super clean. Unfortunately, the shade cloths broke after heavy rainfall. Valentina her father came to take it away and immediately invited us to taste his homemade liqueur, fantastic. On the day of departure, Valentina also came with her mother. Also done together with fathers a cheers to the beautiful time in Banjole. And the taxi driver is waiting, but also in this, these inhabitants of Croatia are thoughtful. The driver just wait a moment. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay longer because our flight went in the evening. This was also a big plus! Any questions we had during our 2 week stay were answered quickly and pleasantly by Valentina. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had rented bikes for 1 week. 2 Days a car. Further hiking in the neighborhood and visited the beaches (pebble). Conclusion: Had a great holiday with our friends. Thanks Valentina and parents 🤩

We had a wonderful time in Krnica! The house was very well maintained, lovingly decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Particularly beautiful was the small courtyard, where we could have a cozy breakfast every morning – accompanied by the soothing cackling of the chickens from the neighborhood. Maja was incredibly friendly, always helpful and provided us with many valuable insider tips that enriched our vacation. Thanks to our car, we were able to easily take great excursions – whether to Rijeka, the Plitvice Lakes, Medulin or fantastic beaches such as Cape Kamenjak. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation❤️!

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

there were four of us with a dog at the villa! a beautiful house with unheated, very clean pool! the garden is huge and fenced. Perfect for the four-legged friend! private parking with electric courtyard gate! Pure luxury! Very comfortable beds! the apartment was incredibly clean! no dust, nothing! cleaner than most hotels, even some 5 star houses are "dirty" if you want to call it that in this class! But the decor is definitely worth 5 stars. Very new, well-designed & sparkling clean Martina is almost always available and very friendly! She speaks good, understandable English and organizes contactless without her own presence! very pleasant if you don't know exactly when you will arrive! all interesting cities of Istria can be reached in half an hour, there are many supermarkets in 10 minutes by car! we will definitely be back! probably if it's a little warmer so you can get better in the pool too!

We had a nice week in Biba's beautiful house. It has a very special charm, also thanks to the matching furnishings. Of course, you have to consider that it is an old house, i.e. a few animals here and there, cooler and darker. Unfortunately, we were not quite as lucky with the weather, which is why we could not use the beautiful garden so intensively and spent more time in the house. With a crawling baby, the house proved to be not very suitable, as the stone floor is simply too cool. The place is very very small, so there is not much to see, but if you are looking for peace, just the right thing. The location as a whole is perfect for activities in all directions. The kitchen is also very well equipped (much more than usual), so you can cook relaxed. Communication with Biba was very good and also her daughter, who was there for the key handover, is very nice.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

An absolute dream house! I'd love to move in here. Very nicely decorated, clean and cozy. The pool, hot tub, the grill and everything was just perfect! Beautiful corners to sit outside, very green and welcoming. Location super quiet with quiet farm atmosphere (sheep and a few roosters opposite). It was very relaxing. You have to drive a bit to the sea. But we preferred to be by the pool all day anyway. Other pluses: huge cooling tank, gas, and! Coal grill, badminton, mosquito repellent on windows, mosquito spray and even something to aftertreat the mosquito bites! Chelsea has really thought of everything. Also very friendly and helpful! We fell in love. So in the house and a bit also in Chelsea <3

We had a great week in Croatia. The house is clean and matched the pictures. Unfortunately, we had a few inconveniences, like a horrid nest, but Miro took care of it right away and always went out of his way. Unfortunately, our pool was tilted on the penultimate day and we could no longer go swimming, for this we easily got a refund. The house is very large and has a great, very well maintained outdoor area. We will be happy to come back!😍

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. We stayed there for a week and are completely satisfied. Very nice apartment, very clean and large, clean pool. There was also a gas grill. Very quiet environment, up to a larger place it is about 15 minutes by car. This also applies to the closest beach. Not quite inexpensive, but we'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the large bed was comfortable. There is a nice area for sitting out in the lower garden. The sea view is somewhat misleading. While it is possible to view the sea it can’t be done from the apartment unless you walk across the lower garden. The seaview shown is essentially from SAs parent apartment on the upper floor. That said the garden is a pleasant place to sit out. As others have stated there is a language issue with SAs father but this was easily got round with hand signals etc. He was waiting for our arrival and showed us round the apartment and was pleasant to deal with. He also brought chocolate pancakes one evening. SA was very quick to respond to my queries prior to arrival and offered us the option to arrive early. Overall this is a pleasant place to stay.
