Garden provided with barbecue set. The studio is situated at the back of the house, very peaceful and away from the street. Furry friends are welcome. The nearest beach is at 750m distance (less than 10 min walk). Supermarket, various restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, public laundry all situated within short walking distance.

Situato al secondo piano con ascensore, luminoso e accogliente con terrazzino vista parco. Dista 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Unita' d' Italia. Nei pressi c'e' la possibilita' di lasciare la macchina a pagamento nel "Park San Giusto". Da giugno '18 è previsto il pagamento in loco della tassa di soggiorno pari a 3 euro ad adulto al giorno
