On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and big groups. Close to the sea and 10 minutes from the city in an ancient 19th century villa. The WOW effect is the 180° view of the gulf, visible from the entire apartment and from the large terrace. Relax in the large garden and take a walk in the private woods! If you're lucky you'll see the fawns that live there. The bus stop and free parking are directly below the house.
