De la magnifiques et spacieuse terrasse, M.t k su laquelle on peut prendre le petit déjeuner au calme ou bien descendre dans la rue et aller prendre le petit déjeuner chez Candiano ou l’enthousiasme et la bonne.humeur priment…. L’appartement est très propre et très bien ranger et il est parfait pour passer de supers vacances.

Wir waren zu zweit und haben ein Bett unten und das Bett auf der Empore genutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit ist perfekt und die Lage am Rande der Altstadt (gleichzeitig ruhig) ebenfalls. Drinnen haben wir uns nur zum Schlafen aufgehalten und die Küche nicht genutzt - dazu können wir insofern nichts sagen. Persönlich finde ich ‚geschlossene‘ Bettwäsche angenehmer, da hygienischer als Laken, aber es war alles in Ordnung. Parken: nur wenige kostenfreie Plätze. Wir haben kostenpflichtige genutzt (ausreichend vorhanden). Aber im Hotel muss man ja auch oft für den Parkplatz zahlen, insofern fand ich das nicht schlimm.

Great place to stay! Close to the train station, easy to walk around the city and get to Ortigia island. Big appartment with everything you might need for your stay. Highly recommend!

Ein großartiger Ort in erster Reihe direkt am Meer. Die Wohnung mit einer sehr großen Terrasse ist sehr sauber, neuwertig und absolut empfehlenswert, insbesondere weil die Räume über eine jeweils gesonderte Klimaanlage verfügten. Die Terrasse ist sensationell, da sie einen wunderbaren Blick über die vorgelagerten Dünen aufs Meer bietet und stets das Rauschen des Meeres hören lässt. Gleichzeitig führt eine Treppe in den Garten und von dort sind es nur wenige Meter direkt über den Sand ans Meer. Wenn man sich also nur mal kurz wie wir im Meer erfrischen möchte, ohne weit zu laufen oder lange direkt am schönen Sandstrand liegen zu wollen, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Im Garten gibt es eine Dusche. Die halbflächig überdachte Terrasse bietet auch zwei Liegestühle zum Sonnen, aber auch einen großen Schattenplatz mit Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten an. Wir saßen meistens dort und waren sehr glücklich hier in diesem kleinen Paradies und konnten uns zudem bestens entspannen. Wir kommen wieder !

Das Apartment ist absolut zu empfehlen! Die Lage mit dem direkten Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon ist absolut unschlagbar. Zu Fuß ist man in 2 Minuten am Strand. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht und mit dem Auto sind viele schöne Städte und Strände schnell zu erreichen. Mariateresa war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich sehr freundlich und schnell um alle Anliegen gekümmert hat! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt:)

Anna was very helpful to me when I ran into some unexpected situations, for which I was very thankful. the apartment is great, has everything you need and is in a good location in Siracusa. i had a great stay and wish i could've stayed longer!

Carmelo’s place is in a great location in Ragusa Ibla - on the edge of the old city but with easy access (subject to climbing lots of steps) to all the sites. The house is very comfortable, although it is on several levels. There is a bathroom for each bedroom which was appreciated. We felt very much at home. Carmelo’s communication was good. I would certainly stay there again.

wir waren absolut zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Die 1-Zimmer Wohnung ist super gemütlich und durch die hohen Decken wirkt es auch nochmal größer. Es war alles sehr sauber. Der Innenhof ist auch sehr schön und die Unterkunft mitten im Grünen. Es war genauso, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Wir würden es nicht empfehlen, wenn man kein Auto hat oder remote arbeiten muss (das Internet ist in der Wohnung nicht so stabil) Für uns war es absolut perfekt :)

Vacanza estiva di assoluto relax! Abbiamo soggiorno in questa struttura nella 4 settimana di luglio. La casa, di nuova costruzione, offre tutti i confort che una famiglia desidera , soprattutto con la presenza di bambini, tenuto conto dell’immediato accesso alla spiaggia, delimitata da un solo cancello. Altrettanto apprezzato lo è stato lo spazio verde di giardino, ben curato, inclusa la presenza di giochi e l’attrezzatura da spiaggia a disposizione degli ospiti. Una nota di merito anche per i gestori/proprietari della casa, cortesi e disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità nel minor tempo possibile. La casa gode inoltre di un’ottima posizione, strategica per raggiungere le località di Avola, Noto e Ortigia, tutte pressoché equidistanti dalla struttura (circa 15/20 km circa) Per quanto riguarda invece il passeggio in zona, Fontane Bianche sicuramente non consente una mobilità pedonale eccellente , tuttavia sono comunque presenti servizi essenziali, bar, market, ristoranti etc

Super schönes und sauberes Apartment in einem Wohngebiet, 5 min zu Fuß zu einem schönen Strand mit flachem Einstieg und Stranddusche sowie einer Toilette im naheliegenden Strandcafé. In der Wohnung standen sogar ein Schirm und Stühle für den Strand zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen Pool zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung mit mehreren Liegen. Pozzallo selbst hat eine schöne Strandpromenade. Maria war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

We hebben als stel een geweldige tijd gehad in deze heerlijke Airbnb. Het contact verliep erg gemakkelijk, de gastvrouw- en heer waren snel qua reageren en hielpen bij vragen. Het tennisveld, het zwembad en de rest van de faciliteiten hebben ons een geweldige afsluiting van onze vakantie bezorgd. Bovendien zijn de eigenaren enorm lieve en hartelijke mensen. Veel dank - en wij vinden dit een echte aanrader! Liefs.

Leuk huis op een rustige plek bij een rotsachtige kust. Prima bedden ook. Jammer dat in de kuststreek van Sicilië zoveel vuilnis op straat ligt, zo ook in dit dorp. Het dorpje heeft een leuk restaurant maar er zijn geen winkels. Het was er begin mei erg rustig. In de omgeving is meer dan genoeg te zien: de natuur, archeologie en steden zoals Noto en Syracusa zijn prachtig.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Carmelo dans son logement très récent et très bien équipé. Nous avons pu profiter de la magnifique terrasse avec vue sur Syracuse et un jardin environnant avec citronnier et oliviers . Nous recommandons à 200. % ce logement,

Perfect in every way for myself and a colleague while attending a conference. Slight downside was the noise from the street in the room without a glazed window. Only one key for sockets/wifi is possibly a problem for people sharing the accommodation who have independent schedules, but having access to the library in the building - cool and welcoming - made it workable for us. Creative and thoughtful optional breakfast was a wonderful bonus.

Beautiful stylish flat in a brilliant location overlooking a pretty square. Decorated and equipped to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean. Carmi, the host, was really attentive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We spent lovely 5 days at Alessandra's place. It's a perfect place to come if you have children – both the apartment and the amazing terrace are very safe for toddlers, there is a plenty of baby equipment that we could use and also many toys and other useful things for the beach. Alessandra and Hedi (and their dog:) are super friendly, warm-hearted hosts, very helpful and communicative. It really seems they enjoy having guests and taking care of them. In November the neighbourhood was very quiet, we had the beach for ourselves. Overall a great experience!

Noto has a very laid-back atmosphere. The location is conveniently situated along the main road, although there are some stairs to climb—nothing to worry about. The interior matches the pictures and is quite pleasant. They also provide a beach umbrella, which we found very useful. In the city, you'll find various shops, including pastry, baking, and panini shops, all within walking distance. The hosts are friendly and welcoming.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce logement ! Les hôtes étaient tout simplement adorables, toujours prêts à rendre service et très accueillants. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme à la description. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et je reviendrai avec plaisir ! Un bel endroit paisible et agréable. Merci Giuseppe et à sa famille !!

Tutto perfetto intero appartamento anziché la stanza concordata. Purtroppo per via dei lavori in corso è stato complicato raggiungere il luogo facilmente. Lorenzo però ci ha dato delle informazioni alternative valide.

L' appartamento di Giorgia si trova in pieno centro a Scicli ma in una zona molto riparata e tranquilla. Appena fuori casa c'è un minimarket ben fornito dai gestori molto simpatici ed accoglienti. Bisogna abituarsi all'assenza di finestre tranne la porta a vetri di ingresso, però niente di drammatico. L' appartamento è veramente ben ristrutturato ed attrezzato, non manca proprio niente. Il parcheggio sulla via adiacente non è propriamente facile però basta ingegnarsi un poco e parcheggiare poco distante, infatti non abbiamo avuto problemi. Nel complesso direi un'ottima esperienza!

We loved Marcello’s apartment! In the heart of Ortigia, a beautiful city with loads of great food and beautiful buildings. Beds were comfy, water was hot, and everything was very clean! He was there to meet us upon our arrival and was very helpful. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!
