The place looked even better than the photos. It was spacious and spotless. Laura and Silvio were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Very walkable area. Silvio met us at check in and gave very clear instructions to find nearby parking (covered lot with hourly rate; €15/24° max). Would stay there again. Thanks Laura and Silvio!

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

If we ever find ourselves in Ortigia again (and I certainly hope we do) I know where we’re staying! Alessandra was a great host and her space is perfect for a couple.

This place was better than what we had asked for. Very spacious, extremely clean, walkable to all the amazing restaurants and farmers market. Francesco responded right away to any questions we had about the area. I can't wait to come back and stay in this location and beautifully clean home.

Salvatore’s apartment was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location. Salvatore was quick and easy to communicate with, arrival was smooth, he provided local recommendations and was immediately on hand to help with any issues. We had one small problem with the hot water and within 30 minutes he sent his brother round to fix it. I would highly recommend staying here if in Ortigia.

The apartment is just as described , we had a couple of problems Stefania and her husband took care of it very quickly to solve it , there is a place to park it is not a minor fact in Italy , the area is super quiet , for my taste a little far from the attractions

Accommodation with direct access to the sea from which it is separated only by 3 steps, excellent outdoor area and spacious apartment equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is brand new and the shower is large. Rosanna welcomed us by providing us with all the basic necessities. The shared washing machine with the other apartment is convenient. Veranda with table and chairs always in the shade. Beach towels were also provided. Really everything perfect! Rosanna and Angelo are very helpful and discreet hosts.

Great place close to Ortigia, walkable. Apartment was as described, the only thing to mention is there was construction outside the apartment, however little to no noise, very few workers. Didn’t interfere in enjoying our stay. Would recommend!

Very nice spacious apartment with good amenities. Only 2 minutes from the sea and a very nice beach. We had a lovely time!

I highly recommend Carmelo's place. It is in an excellent location, has a comfortable space, and is steps from the water. The area is quieter at the end of the street, yet still close to everything. I would stay there again.

What a fantastic bnb in a great location Super sunny & bright. Spacious. Lovely view over the beach & water. Very comfortable. Solid A/C. & 1k to one of the best restaurants ever, Manna! Don’t miss this amazing dinner spot! Good deli & fruit stand near the other end of pier. Livia very helpful & responsive host. I’d come here again for sure!

we had a nice stay. the view of Zeeland the front and the garden at the back are lovely, the house is spacious and is right next door to nice bars and restaurants. the place was calm but cozy without too much overtourism (we were there in spring) I would definitely recommend it!

We stayed at Elisa’s place for 3 days and were really happy there. The house is close to the sea (approx. 2 minutes down the road) and you can hear the waves at night. The interior was nicely designed, the kitchen well equipped. The direct neighbors were often gone during the day, so it wasn’t too loud. One must be aware that the walls are very thin, so you will probably hear the neighbors. If we ever come back to Sicily we would definitely stay with Elisa again - thank you very much.

Very clean, newly renovated, tastefully furnished place. The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked and grilled ourselves in the evening. We particularly liked the seating area with the grill, the garden with the flowering shrubs and of course the location close to the sea with the subtle sound of the sea. It also has an owl that sings in the evening. The owners are very nice. Only disadvantage: The nearest supermarket or shop is 12 minutes away by car. The restaurants nearby were also all closed at the beginning of May.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Robin's place. From the first exchanges, his communication was fluid, responsive and caring, which gave us confidence. The accommodation, meanwhile, was impeccable, comfortable and located in a peaceful neighborhood, ideal for relaxing. Every detail seemed to be designed to ensure our well-being. Robin was an exemplary host, always available to answer any questions we may have and provide us with valuable local recommendations. Amazing air BnB - awesome roof terrace!

My family, husband, grown up children and their partners had an unforgettable time at Lucia's apartment. Every thing was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The towels were soft and she had provided everything we needed; towels for the beach, mats to sunbathe on for the brilliant terrace, a coffee pod recycling gadget and shady umbrellas for the terrace. The very large TV had lots of streaming platforms and our musician enjoyed playing the piano and mandolin in this superbly elegant apartment. Lucia was very responsive and recommended a taxi driver to pick us up and take us back to the airport. This made life very easy for us.

Apartment in the heart of Ortigia but off the beaten path, excellent location and communication always at the top. Quiet and cozy apartment. The small bar of "Irma la dolce" below the house is an extra point.

Salvo, Paolo’s son was very helpful and welcoming. We met his father and all of the family. The garden and sea view location was fantastic, so relaxing, The accommodation had everything that you needed,

We are delighted with these three days spent in Syracuse at Fabio's. The accommodation is extremely well located right next to Ortigia. We easily found a place to park. The accommodation is well equipped and very quiet. Fabio is always available to answer any questions we may have. I recommend it.

Cristina defines a new meaning of the word 'hospitality'. She was very supportive and always ready to answer our questions. Flat is nice and clean, as given in description, within walking distance from most of worth seeing places in Siracusa. All of that made our visit to Siracuse a very nice experience.
