Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

Many hosts claim their view is the best but ours actually is, as the reviews will attest. This is a large studio on the top floor of a 12-story condo, located right on the sand, with a truly breathtaking view of the best beach in San Juan (rated #1 urban beach in the world by USA today), floor-to-ceiling windows, reserved parking, split AC unit, WiFi, and Roku TV, in a secure building with key-operated elevators. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Enjoy the full Puerto Rican experience. Everything at walking distance, beach, great variety of restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. Five minutes drive from the International Airport and 15 minutes from the historical Old San Juan. Easy access to the expressway so you can explore the rest of this wonderful island. Extras: 24 hours security, power plant in the building and battery back up for the apartment.

It's a beautiful loft that's walking distance to everything. Once you are out the door the first thing you'll see Pine Groove Beach. If you decided to have breakfast first on your right, there is a 24/7 Dennis restaurant. You can find more restaurants to your liking, Malls, Hobbie Beach, ice cream stores, Muñoz Marie Airport and close to other cities. Isla Verde, Condado and Old San Juan cities are beautiful with great views, serene environment and an exciting night life.
