Power Generator/ cistern. Private apt close to beach and airport. 7 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes driving from airport and Old San Juan. Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). Pets are welcome.

The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed queen size, a beautiful room with a queen size bed, two air conditioning units, two tvs and a beautiful, modern kitchen with all utensils for cook, private parking and balcony for share with your family.
