Beautiful, quiet beachfront apartment located in the middle of Isla Verde Beach with ocean views from every window. Just step outside and jump in the beach (depending on the tide) or walk either east or west and you will find beach-lounge and umbrella rentals, surfing schools, several hotels, food kiosks, banana boat and jet ski rentals and lots of fun. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, 55" TV, high-speed internet (250mega) and many board games. Paradise!

BE AWARE THAT DURING THE MONTHS OF MAY THROUGH AUGUST, THE SPOTS ARE LESS DUE TO OWNERS INVITING GUEST TO THE BEACH FOR HOLIDAYS, ETC. Best to UBER / LIFT around San Juan. Much cheaper too!
