House vacation rentals in Isla Mujeres

We loved this place! This is our 4th time to the island and by far our favorite spot. We enjoy staying on the South Side of the island and exploring on a golf cart. It's about 20 minutes from one side of the island to the next. Playa Norte close to the Mia hotel is a great spot for kids and beach bars. Near this place we love to eat at Mayakita (breakfast)and Rancho Capricho for dinner. The house has an incredible view of the ocean and we cannot wait for rooftop mimosas next year! Thank you for having us!!

The host was very nice and communicated very well. The Airbnb looks just as pictured.. Very nice location and quiet environment

excellent séjour à Cancun, le logement est idéalement situé, non loin vous trouverez un centre commercial, des restaurants, un parc avec pleins de petit stand , animations et restaurants. le logement est grand, propre , la piscine est vraiment un plus très agréable. nous avons séjourné à deux dans ce logement, nous avions l'impression d'être à la maison. il t'a un lave linge à disposition, beaucoup de serviettes, shampooing, après shampooing, gel douche... tout pour faire de se logement, le logement idéal. l'hôte est très réactif. si je reviens sur Cancun je reviendrai dans ce logement qui avait été notre coup de coeur du départ et l'es encore plus aujourd'hui. le logement est vraiment mieux en vrai qu'en photo. n'hésitez pas si vous recherchez un petit coin tranquille sur Cancun avec piscine et toutes les commodités à proximité.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! It was everything we hoped it would be, and more. The home was beautiful inside and out. The decks were gorgeous, and we had so much fun floating by the dock and lounging in the small pool, watching and waving to the boats float by on the channel -ranging from fishing boats to huge catamarans, and even a couple of super yachts! We spent probably 80% of our time out there. We vastly preferred the feel of being a block off the main road in a vibrant neighborhood, and the space of a house over being in the overly touristy North Beach area for our stay. That said, that area was a short, inexpensive cab ride away. We did rent a cart for 24 hours to explore the island on our own and hit our favorite Punta Sur spots. (Recommend picking it up in the late afternoon to maximize your usage) Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful! Pretty sure this will be our island home on all future visits!!

We were a large group !! Had an excellent stay ! Host was very communicative, location was easy to find. ! Pool was great , we had a golf cart made getting around so easy !

Christopher was a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Flexible and even helped us arrange a taxi in the early morning of our departure.

Wonderful home and great service. We look forward to next year!

Waves crashing right outside the window, waking up to the sunrise over the water, the tiny bar next door to grab an evening beer and listen to live music as the sun goes down. Walking distance to all of the north end restaurants, beaches and shops. This room is not fancy or luxurious but if you want a simple, affordable place to sleep with amazing views, it’s perfect!

Great stay at this place! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our first visit to Isla. If this is your first - understand this is a small island so internet outages and power outages happen from time to time, as well as a few baby scorpions and geckos inside the house - and many tiny ants... island living! The house was cool and comfortable - we slept great. The south end of the island is pretty quiet. There is a bank ATM just a few steps from the house (35 pesos fee). Also a short walk away, we enjoyed The Joint for music, food and their MUST TRY frozen mojitos! Punta Sur was well worth the 100 pesos/person to check out and walk around the paths. We enjoyed some down time at the pool, coffee on second floor balcony with great views of the Gulf and Cancun in the distance. Management company Capi's dropped off more 5 gal drinking water jugs at our request and were very responsive. Don't pay more than 150 pesos for a taxi to the North side or 100 to the Chedraui grocery - just tell them what you will pay before you get in the car.

I can't say enough about this house. some listings have clever photography or descriptions that make them seem lovely, only to be disappointed when one arrives. This house is the opposite while the photographs are lovely, they can't begin to describe the experience. Everything was absolutely perfect and was only made better by the car and help from Monica and Noel.

Lisa's home is a perfect location on the island. We wanted a peaceful, beautiful, private place on the ocean and this is it! The location is right in the middle of the island far enough away from the busy north but only a short ride to it on a golf cart or you can walk to town in about 20 minutes. There is also a bus you can ride as well. The beach is rocky but you can still walk along it to a small half-moon-shaped beach only a few houses down. We took morning and evening walks. It was wonderful to fall asleep and wake to the sound of the waves. The house has everything you need. It looks exactly like the photos. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated having a blender for morning smoothies and a frozen cocktail in the evening. We rented a golf cart which can be pricy but it gave us the freedom to tour the whole island, head into town for dinner, shop and find spots to snorkel. The home is a bit pricier than other places but worth it. I highly recommend Lisa's home!

Great mid island location in a neighborhood. Walkable to restaurants and local restaurants also had no problem delivering food. Spacious with a living, dining, kitchen and primary bedroom. Decor was fabulous with art and seashells. Large bathroom with good lighting and the a/c worked great. Fans in all rooms to help keep it cool.

Es un lugar muy excelente para pasar las vacaciones, siempre estan atentos para cualquier duda. Mi familia la paso super bien, lo recomiendo sin duda alguna.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé je le recommande vivement. L'emplacement est excellent très proche du ferry en voiture et à moins de 30 minutes de la zone hôtelière. Tout était très propre, facile d'accès, avec des instructions claires. Très bonne expérience ! Je recommande sans hésitation et je reviendrai c’est certain.

This location is interesting. Beautiful ocean views and lovely pool. A few things need to be refreshed. The outdoor propane table had no gas and there was a mess at the grill. The house is wonderful except if they can fix the penthouse neighbor door close noise. It sounds like a slam every time they came out or went in and there’s no privacy to the kitchen and living room while they come in and out. But the 3 BR and baths are lovely. The house is really well stocked and Everything Isla has a gem of a person named Kate who is lovely and helped answer several questions I directed to her despite it not being her role. Please note the local neighbors are super nice and the surrounding location is great (exception to note there is no beach) and food options are wonderful, from high end to street tacos a few blocks away. It’s a little pricey but it’s also really nice so it’s a real review for folks who wanna know.

We had an excellent stay and there was plenty of room for our group of 8. The location is great, right in the middle of the island. There are shops and places to grab food/drinks within walking distance. Short (maybe 10 min) golf cart ride to Playa Norte or Punta Sur. We also rented golf carts directly through Raul and had no issues there, super convenient to have them waiting on us when we arrived. Front Door keypad is a little tricky sometimes, but Raul was always responsive and helpful.

This place was even better than described. Works very well for larger group who want their own space, as the house is built like 3 separate “apartments”. So works very well for larger group. Pool was great, house was perfect, and neighborhood is amazing if you want to experience Island Mujeres culture. Nothing wrong with staying near play Norte, but you aren’t going to be mingling with the locals. The owners were super helpful and responsive and ensured our stay was perfect. Grab casa zuzy, grab a golf cart, and enjoy the island!
