Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

The apartment is centrally located and quiet and suitable for up to 4 people. The Alster can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, with its numerous parks along the shore. The city center, the exhibition halls and the convention center can also be reached in a few minutes. In the neighborhood you can enjoy the immediate vicinity, to numerous cafes, restaurants, as well as supermarkets and bakeries. Every Tuesday and Friday the well-known Isemarkt takes place in Harvestehude, where you can have a great breakfast, eat fish rolls or be seduced by regional delicacies.

With approximately 23 square meters, it is the smallest - the "cozy" apartment for one person, be happy for 2, when the 140-bed, he is big enough for you. Nevertheless, everything is there to feel comfortable at once: a fully equipped, ultra modern mini kitchen with espresso machine, a flat screen TV, wireless, wall safe, a little work and an elegant bathroom. The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant room climate and the black-out curtains for undisturbed sleep. The apartment has a private entrance with small patio outside. Here you can spend hours relaxing in the garden.

In the middle of Hamburg's “Generalsviertel,” Schanze and Osterstraße, Eppendorf and Außenalster within walking distance, is our listed ground floor apartment with a combined kitchen and living room and garden. Cafes, bakeries, small shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk away. On request, we are happy to give nightlife tips. The Isebek, one of Hamburg's many canals, invites you to walk nearby on its shore or standuppaddling or canoeing. City bike, bus and the subway are close by.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

We offer a great quiet 1-room apartment for two people (or three if the child is allowed to sleep in the middle) in the immediate vicinity of trade fair, university and downtown. The small apartment has a kitchenette with fridge, sink and two hotplates (on request we can provide an oven), a small bathroom, seating for eating or working and a gallery with a double bed (180x200).
