My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in shopping centre, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Fabulous apartment located in the historic city center of Forio. The apartment, of 200 square meters, with double entrance, is developed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is the living area composed as follows: large terrace, fully furnished kitchen, single bedroom, first bathroom and A large living room overlooking the main square of the Forio. Upstairs there is the sleeping quarters, consisting of two double bedrooms, a second bathroom and a large terrace.

The Villa has been recently converted into three independent apartments equipped with all comforts. They are located within the calm neighbourhood of Ciraccio, a short walk from the seaside. Local bar, patisserie, grocery store and wine shop are within walking distance along with restaurants, pizzeria and two of the most suggestive beaches of the island: the one of “Pozzo Vecchio”and the beach of Ciraccio which gives the name to the area.

A short walk from the quiet square Troisi, you arrive in an apartment with sea view, a synthesis of spontaneous Mediterranean architecture and North European furniture. Immerso nel verde, on Corso Vittoria Colonna with private access to the sea, quiet recently renovated apartment, living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, equipped with all appliances. For this period of pandemic cleaning costs, I added the amount of € 40 for a sanitation carried out by an external company, which issues a regular certificate.
