Profumo di Mare is a newly built two-room penthouse apartment in a villa, featuring a large panoramic terrace. It is located in the Bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Bay of Naples (Mount Vesuvius, the Sorrento Peninsula, and the islands of Capri, Procida, and Vivara). The penthouse is on the third floor and consists of one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 square meters (431 square feet). The large terrace (50 square meters), half of which is covered by an awning, is equipped with every comfort.
