Vicky and Tarcisio wanted to create the B&B - Vi.Ta. for their strong sense of hospitality and for the desire to make the beauty of the island known to curious and traveling tourists. Located on the beautiful bay of Chiaiozza, the B&B is just 300 meters from the marina of Chiaiolella with its restaurants, shops and the waterfront promenade C. Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

In un palazzo storico del 700, appartamento con soffitti alti a cupola. Caccetta reale borbonica. Contesto calmo, tranquillo. Amerai il mio alloggio per la terrazza con meravigliosa vista mare, su Capri ed il Vesuvio. WiFi, lavatrice. Alloggio adatto a coppie, viaggiatori solitari, famiglie. Consigliato a chi ama l'atmosfera di antico e non cerca i confort di un loft domotico. Sulla terrazza possono esserci uccelli, insetti, gechi. Angolo cactus. Arredato con mobili antichi. Non c'è TV ed alexa.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Casa Procidana as once, in the center of the large marina,where it overlooks a wonderful view that goes from miseno head to lighthouse tip. The apartment preserves all the characteristics of the Procidane houses of yesteryear, so that you can identify yourself in a historical place on the island. From the balcony you can appreciate the light show that illuminates the Procidana bay. Characteristics instead the parities that day after day prepare the nets to go out to sea.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, terrace overlooking a large garden with a privileged view of the enchanting bay of Citara, where the suggestive shades of the Forian sunsets offer contrasting and intense emotions every day. The apartment is about 300 meters from the beaches of Citara, Cava dell'Isola and the "Giardini Poseidon" Thermal Park. The historic center is about 2 km away.

Elegantly renovated apartment on the port of Ischia with immediate access (less than a 1-minute walk) to the ticket office and the respective ferry and hydrofoil boarding areas. The strategic position it enjoys allows walking distance to the bus station, the main street of the island, the historic center of Ischia Ponte, as well as the various clubs and restaurants typical of the island's nightlife located on the Right Bank of the port.

The house is located in the charming village of Sant'Angelo d'Ischia, a ten-minute walk from its center. It is spacious, fresh, bright and with a sea view. It is, as the crow flies, on a beautiful rock with access to the sea that can be reached in a moment (it is only about ten steps from the door of the house). NB. No visitors allowed
