Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ischia

We loved this Airbnb! We didn’t think it could be better than the pictures, but it definitely was. You are surrounded by the ocean, which is not just amazing for the views, but also for the sound :) we loved spending time in the garden, BBQ-ing, enjoying the outside shower, chilling in the sun or shade, watching both the sunrise and sunset… simply amazing!

After initially struggling to find the place (mostly due to Google maps not working great here!), I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you’d possibly need. I ended up cooking both nights I was here and I wasn’t without anything. Really lovely space, and the balcony is a perfect place to have your morning coffee on. Location was in the centre of the island so perfect walking distance to explore everywhere on foot. Many beaches also close by. Can’t wait to come back!

One of the best Airbnb experiences in 11 years. Beautiful house with a mind-blowing view of the sea and the mountain. The host met us and helped us carry our stuff from the bus stop in his car. He was always friendly and quick to respond. The house has everything you need. The house is a little further away from the general busyness but not so far away that it was a problem - perfect. In any case, it is better to have a car or scooter to get around the island easily. Next time in Ischia, we would be happy to stay here again.

Maria è una host fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che serve, lo spazio esterno è molto gradevole e funzionale per il rientro dal mare. La posizione è molto comoda, vicinissima al mare (a piedi), alla fermata dell’autobus, a negozi e ristoranti. Raccomando fortemente!

Wir haben 6 Nächte im Appartement verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist eine absolute Empfehlung und mit allem, was man zu zweit braucht ausgestattet! Ganz besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit Ausblick über die gesamte Bucht von Casamicciola! Man wohnt unterhalb des Hauses der Vermieterin, diese ist für Fragen aber auch gut per App erreichbar! Besonders im Hochsommer würde aber wahrscheinlich eine Klimaanlage deutlich fehlen.

A world class view, we enjoyed being out of the towns and next to a wonderful local restaurant. The Casa felt like a much loved home rather than a commercial rental. The drive up has been mentioned before. It is very steep and passing cars coming the other way was initially challenging but we gained in confidence quickly. Our Fiat Panda did the job but a small 4x4 would have been ideal.

We had a great stay at Adriano's place. The garden is very nice and only a few minutes walk to the beach or Forio. Adriano's mother Rita is a very kind and hospitable host!

Lidia’s house is beautiful, really spacious and cool with stunning views over the bay. There are lots of places to hang out in the garden and it was really well equipped for cooking and serving meals on the terrace. It felt like a proper home and not an anonymous airbnb which so many feel like today. We will definitely return to stay.

Location, location, location! If you’re coming to Ischia, staying in Forio is the best. And this place is so close to Downtown Forio - maybe a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and a 10 minute walk to Forio Porto. The place itself is very clean & perfect for 4 people.

Susanna’s place was fantastic. The apartment was in an incredible location in the center of Ischia. The apartment was very modern and clean. The patio outside was great to have breakfast in the morning. 4 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from the main bus stop. The bus system is very good and I went all over the island on it. Susanna was very responsive and welcoming host and I plan on coming back next summer for a longer stay. Ischia is absolutely beautiful and enchanting! Grazie Mille!

Merci encore pour votre accueil! Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à Procida et bien trop court. Le logement était super, au calme et parfaitement situé pour pouvoir y accéder à pied depuis le port. Nous avons d’ailleurs tout fait à pied sur l’île depuis le logement. Giuseppe est un hôte extrêmement accueillant, qui nous a donné d’excellentes recommandations. Merci encore! Nous reviendrons à Procida et si possible chez Giuseppe. À bientôt!

Fabrizio and his co-hosts went above and beyond! When we shared that we had booked last minute we were met with a lovely message of things to do and even an offer to book us a dinner reservation at a local spot, which was fantastic! This home had absolutely everything a guest would need. I can’t wait to come back with family and friends and cannot recommend the location enough. Wonderful hosts and a wonderful home!

Nous avons eu la chance de profiter de l'appartement de Stefania très agréable, avec une terrasse avec vue splendide, et idéalement placé. Le petit plus : l'accueil de Stefania, adorable et pleine de bons conseils ! j'espère que nous aurons l'occasion de revenir à Ischia dans ce logement !

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gemütlich - mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Castello und das Meer. Der Besitzer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, er ist jederzeit erreichbar. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen! Danke für die Zeit bei euch. <3

We absolutely loved staying at Vanessa's place. It's location is second to none and the view from the rooftop was perfection. We'd love to stay there again if we make it back to the island!

We had a wonderful stay at Monica's place! Monica welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips and help with our stay. Her husband even brought us local pastries in the morning. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the large patio with a wonderful view of the sea, and the fantastic restaurant just 3 minutes away. From this location, it was easy to explore the island by bus, motorbike, or rental car. We really enjoyed our stay and our interactions with Monica and her family.

Wir waren zu viert für vier Tage da und sehr glücklich mit der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Dachterasse mit Meerblick, Außendusche, Grill, Sonnenliegen und Essentische hat uns gut gefallen. Beachten sollte man jedoch, dass die Anfahrt durch kleine Straßen führt und die Parkplätze eher eng sind. Man kann also schwer mit einem großen Auto anreisen. Alles in allem absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment/hotel. The daily cleaning was appreciated. It’s a new and clean building. We were in the off season so had the place to ourselves. We would stay here again.

Bedste Airbnb oplevelse nogensinde 😍🤩 Ignazio og hans bror var de sødeste og mest hjælpsomme værter. Aldrig har vi oplevet sådan en gæstfrihed. De har et rigtig flot og hyggeligt sted, med en bar hvor man både kan købe kaffe og drinks. Lejlighederne er pæne og rene og ligger tæt på alt. Ignazio er meget hjælpsom og kommer med gode anbefalinger. Han svarede indenfor meget kort tid og gjorde vores ophold helt perfekt. Tout était parfait chez Eleonora. Un excellent accueil par Rosa Maria qui nous attendait au port, nous a fourni toutes les instructions et nous a offert une bouteille de vin local et de délicieuses nèfles. Le logement est très bien entretenu et d'une propreté irréprochable. La literie est très confortable. Et une magnifique vue panoramique avec de splendides couchers de soleil. Nous reviendrons chez Eleonora si nous avons la chance de revoir Forio. Grazie mille à Rosa Maria e Eleonora.

Giuseppina è un host molto gentile e disponibile. Il suo alloggio è esattamente come descritto e molto pulito. La mattina ci svegliavamo con gli uccellini che cantavano nel giardino!

Andrea is a very polite and friendly host. He offered us a ride to the nearby port, which was also helpful and much appreciated. The place itself is peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. I especially loved spending time in the garden. The location is excellent, with restaurants, grocery stores, and bars within walking distance.

Das Appartment ist klein aber fein. Die Aussenduschen und das schön gepflegte Areal sind ein Highlight. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super. Die Gastgeberfamilie (Antonio & Imma) waren stets hilfsbereit, herzlich und grosszügig. Sie gaben uns super Ausflugstipps und waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war top. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen und können es sehr empfehlen.
