Located on the beautiful bay of Chiaiozza, the B&B is just 300 meters from the marina of Chiaiolella with its restaurants, shops and the waterfront promenade C. Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

Welcome to "Villa Il Leccio" The studio apartment is located on a quiet private avenue, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Piazza degli Eroi. It is located in the large garden of the villa, of which only the entrance gate is shared. The accommodation tax is not included in the booking price: €4 (person)/night. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Our fishermen's house boasts an excellent location, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. The living room features a sofa bed, and the living/dining area overlooks the sea. There is also a small balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or watch incredible sunsets over an aperitif. Air conditioning available in all rooms, Wi-Fi, TV, satellite TV, safe, equipped with all amenities, linens and dishes included. Centrally located.

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;
