We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests at check out. We can accommodate off street parking for two vehicles on the property. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests.

Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Cory's place surpassed my expectations! It's a HUGE space with 2 bedrooms and plenty of room to stretch out and chill, play pool, watch TV, have meals, sit at the bar--so many possibilities! Our family had a wonderful time there, hanging out together on a rainy weekend. I'm so glad I booked it!!!

We had a great stay at Colleen's place. Colleen is a great host and went above and beyond to help us when we had questions and needed assistance. We were there for a weekend with our 1 and 3 yo and the place was perfect, a short walk to the Strong Museum of Play, with food option close by. Amazing recommendation is 'Locals Only' for breakfast or lunch, 2 min away from the place. Place looks even bigger than the pictures and as someone had mentioned in the comment, a crib fits in the bedroom closet which was very handy ! Thanks for having us !

Galina have been wonderful - she would response to my message quickly. The location is great, easily walkable to Park Ave. The kitchen is very clean, and spacious. Just few things to expect - the single bed isn’t exactly comfortable. We, 5 guests, shared 1 bathroom which is clearly stated on the AirBnB, may get too crowded at times. I definitely would stay here again, and recommend others to stay here.

The stars were aligned when we picked out Danny's beautiful location for our visit. Who would have known that Danny would share our same love of music and to learn of mutual friends we have in the professiomal music arena was amazing. With our love of music, it was an instant bond. It was a "kindred feeling" and one that has opened up a friendship for life. Danny made us feel welcomed from the first moment we met him. He was a very hospitable host. Within a short time, we felt we had known Danny for years. Since our families are in the Pittsford/Victor area, that are just minutes away from this location, we will be revisiting this pristine welcoming home for many years to come. The hot tub and fire pit were the best! And we appreciated the coffee and coffee pot as well as the floss picks in the bathroom. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming and so quick to respond to my questions. Definitely recommend this beautiful place!
