Townhome vacation rentals in Iowa

Our group, 3 couples, were in town for a wedding with gatherings every evening. Nick's place was everything that we could have wished for. Nice rooms, very comfy, and very clean. Would stay here again if we are heading back to Dubuque.

Honestly such a nice place it's worth staying more than one night. A quiet and beautiful neighborhood showed what was to come inside the home. A large and wonderfully decorated bedroom with an absolutely pristine bathroom; the shower looked like it was newly installed it was so clean. Nice hand soaps and towels provided in the kitchen. The bed was on a little on the hard side for my liking but I still slept well. The house was also the perfect temperature for cold-blooded me; I felt nice and toasty. Wendy herself was very friendly as were her cute cats!

Really cozy & homey. Extremely clean & well kept. Loved the record player & vinyl selection. Extra touches like all the phone chargers around the house & tissues in every room was really great. I appreciated the cold water in the fridge & ice in the freezer. Walking in to a comfortable AC temp going on a hot day was really great! Easy to find in a very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely book again.

This was a great place! Just as described. It easily slept six people and never felt crowded. The host was very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend the place.

We stayed last week at Char's place in Windsor Heights. We were pleased with the convenient location and having 3 separate bedrooms (with very comfortable beds in each!). Char was very good about communication, both before and during our stay. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and that Char provided games, books, coffee, and snacks for us. We also liked having plenty of bath towels during our visit. We would stay here again if the price is within our budget.

We had a great stay while visiting family in town. The home was lovely, tidy, and extremely clean. We had everything we needed, plenty of space, and the location was great - not too far from downtown but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Christian and Melissa were responsive and excellent hosts. We would be happy to stay here again during our next visit!

Exactly what we wanted. Loved sitting on the front at night. Nice and quiet with the American flag, and arch lights of the Mississippi bridge to the right. The outline of all the church steeples and snake alley in view was pretty special. The place was very clean and other than food, just about everything a person would need while staying.

Our family had a great weekend stay here while in town for a family wedding in Iowa City. Kamaryn was very helpful with any questions I had and was speedy to reply. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable and just as described. Located near many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay while visiting family! Everything was exactly as listing described. Kitchen was well stocked for all of the meals we cooked everyday. Beds were very comfy, water pressure was great in the showers! Two living rooms worked out perfect for everyone's different sleep schedules! Would recommend staying here to anyone!!

This townhouse was a fantastic find for downtown Des Moines. It was quickly walkable to several breweries and restaurants, and a quick drive to the downtown Farmer's Market. Katie was responsive and helpful when we had questions, and my family had a wonderful time at her space. We will book this spot on our next visit to Des Moines!

Angela's townhouse is wonderful! Very clean smelled like brand new when you walked in. It is very spacious , and each bedroom has a private bathroom and shower. It's nicely decorated and furnished . She has thought of everything you need for a perfect stay. The beds are very comfortable with the linens and towels being fresh and not full of fragrance. The location was great with beautiful views, in a quiet historical neighborhood, that made for a beautiful morning walk. Angela was an exceptional host, being very responsive, kind, and very accommodating, answering all of our questions and gave us recommendations that we requested very quickly. If you plan to be in the area, don't pass up this listing , it will not disappoint you. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This place is gorgeous, the pictures don’t do it justice. Near downtown and right on the trail system, I really loved my stay.

I am local but stayed with friends from out of state who really loved the historic home and it's updated environment. Very comfortable, spacious, and relaxing.
