This house is really cool. We felt like we would find new things to look at each day. We thought the upstairs room was the coolest. We loved the shape of it. It was hot this weekend but the backyard has a wonderful tree shade so we were able to enjoy the evenings outside relaxing after a long day of working the convention. I would stay here again for sure. Side note - the Dinotopia book on the coffee table took me back to my childhood. Loved seeing that.

Holly was a great host. The house is perfect with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bath. The basement had another bedroom and separate bathroom. Huge kitchen with open sitting areas connected to living room. Large TV and great wifi.

I brought my debate team to National competition in Des Moines. They selected this home for the amenities. The students slept well and bonded as a team. We enjoyed many nearby restaurants, close proximity to interstate 235 and to the Iowa Events Center. Students unwound in the hot tub or sauna before bed. We benefitted by storing snacks and breakfast items in the kitchen, saving us some money dining out a little less. This is the first time we've tried an Airbnb and we will definitely do it again after this experience.

Our group loved the place. We hosted a staff event in the area and the ones who stayed in this location got rest and rejuvenation 😃 we are hoping to continue to host our staff there in future events.

Wonderful place to stay with a large family! We all felt comfortable and enjoyed the space together. The backyard is a wonderful bonus with dogs. Driving through the neighborhood, you wouldn't expect the privacy you end up experiencing at David's property. Felt safe with the home security options. And David was very proactive with communication, leaving my end of things to be simple. Highly recommend!!
