Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Iona

We loved our stay in Cape Coral. Their home was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery while sitting pool side overlooking the canals. Saw a few dolphins! Loved that. The house was in a great location, close to restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen had everything we needed except a wine opener. We ended up having to buy one at the store. We mostly ate dinner at the local restaurants. We did visit a local fish market and had dinner at the house one evening. The house did not have any spices to cook with. That should be so nice if there were some available to use. We had to buy some and then carry in our luggage on the airplane. Overall a wonderful family vacation.

Laurie's place was wonderful! The location was super close to our conference at the Westin. I would highly recommend it, clean, and the pool and dock was amazing! There even was a full mango tree just above the hammock overlooking the channel.

We had a great stay! Very kid friendly place - between pool toys, beach toys, and the cute kid friendly bedroom we had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend!

Alicia was a wonderful host. The house was amazing and looked so much better than the pictures. Everything was neat and fun. The backyard is phenomenal. There are many good restaurants nearby and great beaches, and we love Sanibel Island. 5 stars if 5 for the house and Alicha. Thank you for the wonderful time we had. We really recommend it

Great area and nice place to stay in to get away. Huge place for a family! No pool but to get away and relax is all that is needed! I felt right at home! You will enjoy this place

My husband, 3 Y.O. & I spent the weekend. This is a comfty, cozy one bedroom bungalow with a nice courtyard with sitting area & a grill. Everything is brand new! Comfortable bed & fluffy white towels. Nice decor. Dollar tree, Walmart, Dunkin’ Donuts, pizza is all nearby. Scot & Paula made some great recommendations & respond very quickly. Parking is right out front/in the back. Jungle bird tiki bar & restaurant is right next door & has a walk up bar and does live music every night at 7pm until closing-10pm. We got some great bbq wings. Yacht club public beach is a 6 minute drive away & has a tiki bar and grill restaurant on the water. We brought 2 beach chairs that were in the unit & caught a beautiful sunset/put our feet in the water. Fort Myers beach was a 40 minute drive on Saturday, parking was $8 for 3 hours. We caught a lovely sunset there also & people watched as it is more touristy. Scot and Paula were excellent host! Nice time!

Nice place for two, central location, quiet, simple, budget friendly, having access to laundry is a plus! There are a few extras that could come in hand like sprays, toiletries, snacks, very helpful.

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a quiet, well situated condo. We took in a few spring training games close by and had good experiences at nearby restaurants. The condo itself was very roomy, well supplied, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the waterway from our lanai. Our hosts always responded immediately to any communication we had with them. We would highly recommend staying here.

We truly enjoyed this place, perfect for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed all the details in the house—beach chairs, pool, barbecue etc. very close to the beach, shops, restaurants— if you like true Mexican there is Mi Casita 2 minute drive. Thank you for being a great host.

The unit was spotless and everything you need came with the unit. Adam was very helpful in anything we inquired and responded immediately. We were very well pleased and will be back sooner than later .

The location was ideal for us since we had business in this area. The accommodations were great. Great stay for one or two people. Relaxing and nicely decorated. Although we did not take advantage of the pool, it was very inviting.

Second time visiting Hang house!!!! Everything was spark clean and organize. The family had a great time in the pool and the weather was not an issue since the pool heater was working perfectly fine. Very quiet neighborhood and private backyard. We loved Hang’a house and we’re planing on coming back for sure!!!

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

Darlene’s place was wonderful. She is a very respectful and responsive host. My husband and I drove 13 hours overnight and she offered early check in for us, which we were incredibly thankful for. Darlene provided the necessary beach equipment that you would need to enjoy a relaxing day. The binder they have of the house information is super helpful, all the way down to local restaurant recommendations.

We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. We'll definitely be back because we felt right at home. Everything was organized when we arrived. The house is very well located, easy to get to, and has everything you need and more. For families looking for space in a four-bedroom house with security and all the amenities, plus an excellent location, this is the place

Beautiful, clean and perfect for families. The pictures don’t do it justice! Pool was lovely and well maintained. Lots of beach items for use in the garage. Neil and Keely were very kind and responsive. Tons of space for our large family. Would definitely go back!

What a lovely quiet neighborhood. Just what I was looking for. The house was well appointed with furniture and kitchen accoutrements. The towels and linens were lovely. The decor very much a modern beach theme. The propane tank for the grill was empty however I found a full one in the garage. Bravo! There were beach chairs in the garage and a cooler also. It would have been nice to know that. Could I have parked in the garage? A few take aways. The lock on the door doesn’t work for you until after the 4pm check-in time unless you pay extra. If you leave earlier than the checkout time however there is no refund. The hot tub was not heated however in 90 degree heat it may be protocol to not heat it. It would have been nice to have a heads up when services were to be performed on the property such as grass cutting, pest control, and pool cleaning. The facts that all these things were taken care of was a fabulous benefit! I loved staying in this home! I would rent it again!

Great place and relaxing, I highly recommend it. Kids and grandkids had a great time.
