Adorable beach condo with amazing beach, gulf and sunset views. The hosts were very responsive. Close to grocery stores, souvenir shops and restaurants. A perfect island getaway.

If you are considering Island Too for your next vacation, don’t hesitate and book it! The place is gorgeous with such attention to detail. The views of the Gulf were absolutely breath taking. We loved spending our evening on the balcony couch watching the sunset. The building itself is located on the south side of Fort Meyers beach which is great because it’s quiet yet just a short bike ride or car ride to more of the action. We used the building bikes every morning and enjoyed stopping at the MoJoe’s food truck for coffee and breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful time and we would definitely love to come back and stay here again!

I stayed for a week and felt right at home, I did at first think it was a 2-bedroom apartment, it was only 1 room, but the living room had a couch/ bed and it worked just as well. the place was great it had the laundry right in front of the apartment and the parking was right Infront as well, they have a pool at a walking distance and a gym which was great. overall, it was a great place to stay.

We had a nice relaxing stay! Watching the beautiful sunsets right from the screened porch was amazing and the proximity to the beach was so convenient! Communication with Ryan and Nicole was great!

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

We had a great 3-night stay at Rose's place. The bed and furniture is comfy, and we had everything we needed for a beach weekend. Rose provides beach umbrellas, a wagon, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, etc. The extra fans in the place were nice too (the AC works well, I just like extra fans). This is a 9th floor studio apartment in the third tower (of 5) from the beach in the Beach and Tennis Club. The screened-in balcony/patio does have a view of the water as well as the road and other buildings, it is a bit of a side-view (not full-on facing the ocean). It is about a 5 minute walk across the parking lot and a road to the public beach access. We were glad for the wagon provided! Doc's Beach House restaurant is right there and we ate there once (it was good). It was nice to find some cold waters in the fridge as well as some shampoo and body wash in the shower when we arrived. The lobby of the building is under construction from hurricane damage but no noise while we were there.

We recently stayed at the Sanibel Harbor condo with our one year old daughter and her great grandma, and we had the most amazing time! Her uncle also joined us for a fun filled Saturday. We can’t say enough great things about this stay. The immediate access to the water via stairs was a huge plus and one of the main reasons we chose this property. It was absolutely beautiful, especially considering how hard the area was hit just two years ago by Hurricane Ian. The restoration and care put into the property truly show. We’re so grateful for the memories made here!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Pines! The condo was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed. Excellent location right next to the pool and tennis courts. We took advantage of the many miles of bike paths and the complimentary beach shuttle almost every day. Also walked to the Lake House restaurant twice for dinner. Cathy provided detailed instructions before our trip and checked in with us while we were there to see if we needed anything. We'd definitely love to come back again.

Charles was a great and courageous host. Very responsive to my text messages and call. He met us at the location and made sure the home was acceptable to our needs before he left us. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. Quiet corner unit, pool was great, beach is beautiful and close enough to walk. Walking paths make it safe. Friendly neighborhood. Super Walmart and Publix very close. Tanya was extremely accommodating, and always available for questions and assistance. We will be back!

This is a beautiful condo and the best AB&B my wife have stayed in. Paul is a great host and has the condo spotless and furnished beautifully. Pool and Hot Tub easy access and other tenants very friendly. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in the adorable and roomy studio we stayed it. Perfect fot two. Fabulous view. Great location if you want to wake up and go to bed and see the ocean. Coffee taste better at the beach. The rinse station super nice. Pool was very nice. I can’t tell you all the restaurants we went to amd had great food at all of them. So many beaches to explore. Thank you to our hostess! Cute decor.

Excellent location and very close and easy to walk to the beach. Sonia is a pleasure and very accommodating and looking forward to visiting again.

I came to town to sail, and I could see the sailboat right out the window. Perfect spot for me! Amy's condo had everything I needed and I felt right at home. It was very clean, cute, and cozy. Thank you, Amy!

This place is wonderful and the price is 100% worth! Sally is a rare host in Airbnb because she really care about our experience. Everything was clear thought to make us feeling like we were in home.

The place was perfect for what we needed. We went with my toddlers, a 9 month baby, and my grandmother, and this place was so ADA friendly, had all the items you needed for our baby, and felt safe for our toddlers. The building is still in facade improvements after the hurricane (we went end of May 2025), and the island overall is in reconstruction mode, but the beach was direct access, beautiful sunsets, and just what we needed so a small weekend break.

I’m a very introverted person so being able to show up for my first experience renting and having everything that was listed, everything in working order, clean, and what responses I needed quickly was perfect. I could not have been more happy with the experience. We are so close to the beaches, Walmart, Publix, and the Summerlin Cafe (our favorite breakfast spot). For next time - I will definitely be saving this location.

Sylvia’s place was so perfect for us. It was perfectly located and pristine. Sylvia was so quick to answer and beyond helpful for anything and everything we needed before and during our stay. I would recommend her place 10x over!!

Nice condo. Loved the pool. The beach is directly across the street. Plenty of beach and pool supplies available. Recommend that you rent a car to get to restaurants and grocery store.

Our stay was great. Well located to Sanibel and Fort Myers.. Stores and access to city great. Didn’t have chance to enjoy amenities but they were all there. No fault to anyone…weather was cold. A few kitchen updates would be great…but one has all the necessities. The complex is quiet and safe. Response was fine. Great.. value.

David was super accommodating and responsive. Awesome location right in the heart of Fort Myers Beach, walkable to everything, fantastic pool and clean.
