Well worth a stay! Marco was very flexible when we arrived after 5. The house is beautiful and he provided us with milk and crisps for our stay. Beautiful scenery and lookout over the Firth!

Coach House near Helensburgh and Loch Lomond

RuthRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I seriously want to gatekeep this house, but it is so incredible and needs to be shared. I would go out of my way to stay here again. Probably the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. There were so many welcoming touches and it truly felt like home. The beds were comfortable, the rooms so spacious, the showers amazing (my gosh the water pressure, what a dream). We had everything we needed and more. The home and grounds were just stunning. We walked to dinner two of our nights and ate in the others. The history of the carriage house was so cool; the kids loved finding all of the hidden touches. Kylie and Scott were warm and friendly and we are so grateful they shared their home with us. We had the best hiking trip in beautiful Scotland and we were very sad to leave. I definitely hope to be booking a return trip soon.

Gourock Home

JodieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The park itself is a 1 way system and the caravan was quite high up. However we stopped to speak to groundsmen on site who straight away said follow me I’ll take you to the caravan. All staff were lovely. The caravan was as described. Very homely and modern. The outdoor space is amazing with lovely rattan furniture and hot tub. We used the hot tub everyday and it’s big enough for 6 people. The weather unfortunately wasn’t on our side all week so we didn’t dine outside. However I would definitely return. We had a slight issue with heating the first night. Lisa was back and forth messaging and said she would contact staff at reception to rectify the next day. However this was sorted over text in the end. An amazing stay, great views across the water. It was beautiful x

Frostpocket - Charming Coastal Country Cottage

JackRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We (two adults and a four-year old) greatly enjoyed our stay at Frost Pocket while visiting family in the local area. The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished. We made much use of the two-minute walk to the coastal path and short distance to the playground at Lunderston Bay! Also very convenient for popping up to Gourock or down to Largs. Would certainly stay again.
A cozy living space features a dark sectional sofa adorned with colorful cushions. A round coffee table sits centered on a patterned rug, with a bowl positioned atop it. A dining table with four cushioned chairs is present, along with framed art on the walls.

DavidRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Great (and large) apartment halfway between the 2 Gourock ferries. Easy check-in, clean, well catered place. Parking close to the apartment was a little tricky at times but there is a garage available (sadly not big enough for our vehicle). Recommended!

CAT AIRBNB nr beach and train station to Glasgow

CodyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I stayed for 4 weeks, and it’s been the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Helen and her husband are both amazing people, friendly, kind, everything I could hope for. They helped me in so many ways and made my stay more than pleasant. The cats are so so so adorable. They grew on me. And the beach is small but lovely. I sat by the sea reading and it was so nice. You can walk to the train station and ferry terminal in 10-15minutes, and there’s a coop nearby like only 3minutes walk. I’d love to come back to this home away from home!

The Clyde Hub

DawnRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Decided to go here at last minute with my mum and my kids since the sun was shining. We used to visit cloch caravan park with my late grandma so gourock has lovely memories for us. With the fees, this place was slightly dearer than I would normally pay for 1 night but it was a one off. Kelly gave us clear instructions for parking and she called to make sure we were ok, which was very helpful. There were quite a few steps including the spiral ones which my mum has a childhood fear of but they were manageable and we settled in for the night. The flat was modern, spacious and clean. We loved the huge windows with the light streaming in and the sea views ❤️ We loved the extras ie shampoo etc. We had the chippy and sat at the bay window and watched the world go by. The pub music below was noisy as were the folks leaving at 1:30am, but they were gone by 2ish. That didn’t bother us at all. Only complaint was the noisy lodger in the flat downstairs with his loud voice & music until 4am.
A bright and inviting living area is seen, featuring a modern dark blue sofa and a round coffee table. A world map decor is displayed on the wall. A dining table is set for four, with elegant blue chairs and tableware arranged neatly. Natural light filters through vertical blinds.

Stylish 2-Bed Apartment in Greenock - Sleeps 6

NicolaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
had a lovely stay, property is as described and is lovely and clean. quiet neighbourhood and as a single female i felt totally safe coming and going. ample parking outside the property. only a couple of minor down sides, pillows could do with replacing, shelf in bathroom. is rusty, and as its a wet room the whole floor gets wet when having a shower making it messing when coming and going after a shower, a mat for the bathroom door would be a good idea. towels were small and no toiletries in the bathroom. on the whole a lovely flat and I'd stay again .

Stunning Victorian main door apartment

VeronicaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was a three-generation family holiday, revisiting my childhood home in Kilcreggan, and taking ferries to explore Isle of Bute and Dunoon and Benmore Garden. The heated seawater lido was a great find, and there were lovely walks along the promenades. The spacious house was warm and welcoming, and we loved sitting in the bay window. Wonderful evening skies. Lots of interesting local history.
A sandy beach is viewed, extending towards calm waters with a subtle shoreline. Natural elements like seaweed are scattered across the sand. The sky is partly cloudy, showcasing varying shades of blue and gray, evoking a serene coastal atmosphere.

I travel full-time for work and this is easily one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Pali & Harry are friendly and proactive. The place has a personal touches that you don’t often see. No complaints, and would recommend without hesitation!

Finlaystone Family Barn luxury self catering

RachelRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The family cabin was a great getaway for my mom and I. The surroundings were breathtakingly beautiful! Early mornings were great with the sounds of the forest, the cool weather and a hot cup of coffee. The home was missing a few amenities like towels and bedding for the second bed, as well as fuel for the fireplace, but Arthur quickly remedied these issues when brought to his attention. My only concerns were with the unknown possibility of being charged if we used over a set amount of electricity. I was constantly worried about using lights and hot water throughout my stay. And lastly, there was quite a bit of foot traffic in front of the cabin with multiple groups of young children visiting, as well as someone staying to the side and above us. While there were signs about keeping the garden area free from being a playground for young children, it was not enforced. Afternoons were a bit noisy in the courtyard/Cafe area. The Cafe was disappointing. Either not open or no cook avail.
A bay window offers views of the tranquil Firth of Clyde, framed by flowing curtains. Vehicles are visible along the waterfront, and distant hills create a serene backdrop. Natural light fills the space, highlighting the warm tones of the interior.

Two Bedroom Apartment.

JamesRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We were travelling from Lancashire, England to Kyle Of Localsh in the West Highlands of Scotland so we were looking for a stop off point half way through the journey. We had a great overnight stay af the property in Greenock. Calling was very helpful in providing check-in instructions and was available to answer any questions or queries that we had. The flat itself is modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. We didn't venture out as we arrived late in the day however there looked to be plenty of places to explore in the local area. Thanks Callum.
