Beautifully restored, spacious Victorian Villa. 4 bedrooms for up to 8 guests, + 1 baby. 2 bathrooms. Large living area with conservatory and wood burner. Prospecthill is a large, well equipped holiday home. Located in the coastal village of Skelmorlie 5 miles from the popular seaside resort of Largs. A perfect base for exploring local islands and the many tourist attractions Shop, pub, cafe and train station within a mile. Private parking and guests own EV charger. Owners live next door.

Very attractive and spacious upper villa with lots of natural light situated in the heart of the west end on Greenock`s most exclusive street. Comprising of large lounge with great views , Large modern kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven and hob with a dining area. The bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin and toilet. There are two bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with twin beds. It is only a 5 minute walk to the very pleasant Esplanade.
