There are 2 Large Front Decks with Sprawling Views of Davis Creek’s Marshlands & the Intracoastal Waterway. The Back Decks overlook the Pool. On the Upper Level is an Open Plan Living/Dining/Kitchen area that Seamlessly Flows for family or group gatherings. The Gourmet Kitchen is Well Stocked. The many small appliances include: Margaritaville Frozen Drink Machine, Blender, K-Cup Coffee Maker, Griddle, Large Stock Pots for Seafood Boils, Hand Blender, Soft Pretzel Maker & 4 Slice Bagel Toaster. Come get on “Island Time” at Dolphin Cove, our family beach cottage. It is a newer construction 3 bd/2 ba house that sleeps 6-7 and is pet friendly. Has a privacy fence, fenced-in backyard with firepit, hottub,outdoor shower. Dolphin Cove is on the West End of Oak Island, which is a 6 minute golf cart ride or 2 minute car ride to the beach, with a new 6-seater cart rental available. There are activities close by, including pickleball/tennis courts, a splash pad, mini golf, and restaurants.
