Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

This was our second time visiting The Pelican's Nest, and it was just as comfortable and fun as the first time. I recommend this Airbnb for people who enjoy being close to the water and a quiet place to hang out.

This place truly is amazing. The community the property is surrounded by is outstanding, the beach was amazing, and the unit itself was everything a family could ask for. It was spotless, extremely well stocked, easy access to the beach, and very close to all the major attractions and things to do in Panama City. We really couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this stay!

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

The most beautiful place!!!!! It’s even better in person than in the pictures! View is breathtaking and had me running to the balcony in the morning to see the view. Watching the sunset in the evening was one of our favorite things to do. The space was HUGE - way bigger than expected, extremely clean, and everything you would need for a stay. Everything is close and walkable. So many amenities, great gym, included parking, and chairs and umbrella. Truly the best experience we’ve had at an air bnb. We hope to visit often! The hosts very clear instructions and responsiveness made check in and the entire process beyond easy. There were tons of recommendations and our only regret was not booking longer! One of a kind stay!

Had an amazing girls trip with my daughter and grand daughter. Location is perfect. The room was exactly as described with absolutely no issues. Host was incredible and constantly checking in with us to make sure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for your next beach getaway!

We have been using AirBnB for several years to book our vacations and this year was by far the most enjoyable experience. The house, pool, neighborhood and proximity to the ocean were all on point and made the stay one of the more memorable ones, and is the first time we would like to return for an annual vacation. The house was impeccably clean and had all the amenities to make a stay with 4 young boys most enjoyable. Whenever my wife needed to communicate with the property managers, responses were professional and courteous within minutes. Thank you!!

We absolutely loved Chelsea’s place. It was perfect for our beach getaway especially with kids wanting to constantly walk back and forth from the beach to home base. The bikes were an awesome addition too. Chelsea was very responsive to any question we had. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience with High Tide R And R! Our flights to Florida all went smooth and we we're in town sooner than expected. I sent them a message and they allowed us to check in a few hours prior to the original check in time. We can't thank them enough for a great experience and will hopefully be back soon to use them again!

This place is wonderful! The home is right on the beach. There is a public access right next door but it is not an issue at all. The beach area isn’t crowded and the view from the two decks is terrific. Only a short 5 minute or so drive to many places. Groceries, shops and restaurants of the 30A area. Highly recommended.

Kelli’s place was the serene setting we were dreaming about for our getaway weekend. The views are amazing and Kelli has put a lot of thought, time, and effort into the amenities and touches throughout the cabin. She’s thought of everything! Would definitely stay again. Thank you, Kelli!

This condo on Panama City Beach was roomy and tastefully decorated. The large windows and sliding glass doors provided a beautiful view of the ocean. We were very pleased with this rental.

This house was wonderful for our family vacation with some friends and their kids over April vacation The hosts were super responsive to all our questions and requests! Can’t say anything negative about this property the hosts or anything else! This place was wonderful. Definitely can’t wait to come back.

We had the most incredible time at this beautiful Airbnb in 30A! We came down to celebrate our one-year wedding anniversary, and before the trip, we found out we were expecting—so it became a surprise babymoon too! This place was great for such a special moment in our lives. The home was neat and comfortable. The location is amazing—private beach access, restaurants, and charming little spots to explore, but still quiet enough to really relax and soak in the moment. Our hosts thought of everything. From cozy touches to thoughtful amenities, it felt like they truly cared about making our stay special. We’ll always remember this trip as a turning point in our story, and we’re so grateful to have celebrated it here. We recommend to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. We had a wonderful time staying here! The view from the patio was spectacular and it was the perfect location to stay on 30A. We got the best of both worlds with the beach and pool at the condo and then the town right next door. Clean house. Comfortable beds. Would stay here again!

Leesa was a wonderful host—very responsive and kind throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The door lock was a bit tricky at first, but we figured it out quickly. The place was very clean and just as described in the listing. What a beautiful and relaxing place! The condo is adorable, clean, and cozy. We loved the balcony facing the ocean and the sliding glass doors we could crack open to hear the ocean. The condo is super cute, linens and bathrooms were very clean, and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was spotless and had all the cooking utensils we needed. The area is wonderful - beautiful beaches, lots of shopping, and tasty restaurants. It was a perfect place to stay for a girls trip! We will definitely be back. Thanks, Sherry!!

This was a great place to stay. It was near a lot of fun activities but still private as well. We enjoyed the chair service everyday and thought this beach area was the most beautiful (we,ve stayed all over this Florida coast). We will definitely come back!

Tracy is an amazing and responsive host. We had an amazing week at her place and could not recommend it more. It’s west of Pier Park so the beach isn’t as crowded and some areas east of Pier Park. The chair service and all the extras in their storage closet made the stay so much easier and enjoyable. The condo was clean and the bed super comfortable. We had an amazing stay and can say you won’t find a better place to enjoy the beach than as a guest of Tracy’s at her Happy Place! Thank you for letting us stay and the memories we made.
