We had an incredible stay at Vincenzo’s place in 30A! The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up for a relaxing beach getaway. We especially loved the private beach access—it made everything feel peaceful and uncrowded, even during a busy travel week. The location is unbeatable. We walked to everything we needed, and Shunk Gulley quickly became our go-to spot for great food and live music. The outdoor balcony was one of our favorite parts—we spent mornings sipping coffee there and winding down in the evenings after sunset walks. Traveling with our young daughter, we appreciated how family-friendly and quiet the area felt. Vincenzo was a responsive and thoughtful host, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and walkable stay in the heart of 30A!

We had a wonderful double-couple trip here. The hostess is very sweet and is quick to respond. The place is private, right across the street from the beach(not even a minute walk), and has plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. The house had all amenities described and was super clean. We felt right at home, and this has been our best vacation so far. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Beautiful view of the ocean, family had a great time. They enjoyed the pools and the beach. Quick access to the beach, restaurants near by to include a nice ice cream shop near by. On the 3rd floor of The parking garage you can unload to your room and they have carts.

my husband and I spent a long weekend at Diana's Airbnb. the apartment was very cozy and clean. lots of outside space to sit, which unfortunately we didn't use as we were on the go. Diana was the perfect host, even provided baggetts for us one morning for breakfast. we would highly recommend her Airbnb for a couple or single person visiting the area. Charlene and Frost

We loved our time at this condo! It was clean and spacious, and minutes away from the beach and fun night life.

Great spot just a short walk from the beach. If you are simply looking for a place to put your stuff and sleep, this is a great option. The condo was clean, the kitchen was nice (though I didn’t cook), and the grounds are very well maintained. The pool and cabana area was great. The bed was very uncomfortable (thin mattress with metal bars and/or springs poking)- it’s more of a pullout Murphy bed which I wasn’t expecting. You could also hear the neighbors above walking around which I didn’t love. Overall, great place for a short trip and the host was very helpful!

Alma and Michael were wonderful hosts! They were so responsive for every question and they provided helpful information and recommendations. The place was small as expected but all that we needed and we slept so well! The beach was located a short walk away and they even provided us with great beach chairs and umbrella. We would definitely come back for a quiet getaway.

Paula was a great host and very friendly with a quick response time. Her unit looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach front balcony had the perfect view of the beach and pool area. We would definitely rent from her in the future.

The owner, Blaze, was so kind and responsive and was a wonderful host. We made very last minute plans for some of our mother-son group to stay in the area for a couple of extra days and just needed a smaller place to stay in after we checked out of a larger home in watercolor. This condo was a perfect choice for us and Blaze was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to check in early at no additional cost. It was clear that he takes pride in his place and he was very kind and patient with all of my many questions and requests. We love the 30A area and have been vacationing there for years. We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside and had never stayed in Seagrove before. It was a beautiful area, this condo was clean and comfortable and Blaze was an excellent host. The beach was close and easy to walk to and the golf cart was an added bonus for navigating the area. The shuttle service provided by the condos was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

If the owners had responded earlier when we had plumbing issues we would have been able to get showers so that we would not have been late for a dinner show we had paid $700 to attend. One person in our party had to go without a shower to the event. The plumbing issue was not their fault but the response time to our message could have prevented us from not having water when we needed it. You can imagine spending a day at the beach and then not having running water to get cleaned up.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and amenities were perfect. The host answered our questions and was very helpful.

This house was perfect for our large family and was pet friendly. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was not too far. Having a grocery store nearby was also a plus. The house was clean and ready. Our host was gracious enough to let us check in about 45 minutes early. That was great appreciated, especially after a long, 10 hour drive from Texas with a dog🤣 My only suggestion is to have additional kitchen towels available. We did cook a lot, so extra towels would have been helpful, but that was minor. Our only criticism is that the outdoor grill could really use a good cleaning. There is a heavy build up of grease so I’m thinking cleaning the grill is not a part of the regular cleaning fee. We highly recommend this house for any families vacationing in Destin❤️

We had the best time possible loved everything about the place. Didn't want to leave. Makes you wanna move in permanently. Very homely which takes all the stress away. Wouldn't go with anywhere else on next trip hopefully soon!

We spent a week here and had the best time. Our family of 11 had plenty of room, the house is clean and spacious! The outdoor area was amazing, has everything you could think of to entertain. Wesley was great, answered all of my questions and texts immediately! I would definitely recommend this place. We plan to go back!!

This house was exactly like the photos. You get exactly what you should expect. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a week’s stay. Huge fridge and the ice maker and beverage fridge was great. Everything was very modern and updated. The pool was so great to have and very clean! We loved the screened in porch for hanging out by the pool or eating lunch and dinner. Super quiet cul de sac and easy access to the beach. The house was extremely quiet and cool, lots of fans and a/c worked amazing. Lots of space for everyone to relax. I think an extra cherry on top would be having beach and pool supplies or be able to rent them from the house owner rather than bringing them down or buying extra. We had a great time and would definitely rent again or recommend to family and friends.

This Airbnb was perfect for our anniversary trip! The house was spotless, the host was easy to reach if needed, and just a quick 10 min walk away from the beach. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

Had an amazing girls’ getaway in 30A! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located. The pools were pristine, and the beach access couldn’t have been better - just steps away! We felt completely at home, whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the balcony or winding down with a cozy movie night in the gorgeous living room. The whole place felt safe, peaceful, and welcoming. Already dreaming of our next trip back! The hosts were very nice and responsive also.

This place was amazing inside and great for our group of 7(3 adults/4 kids). The pictures matched exactly how it appears. We used the pack and play and the umbrellas provided which was a huge plus to not have to spend over $200(x2) on a chair and umbrella rental. Host responded to our needs when she could which is always a plus. The only negative thing I have to say which is out of the host control and she clearly states the elevator wait times at check in/check out are like 5-15 minutes. We had a 2 year old so that’s not very ideal for our situation being on the 16th floor but we’ll definitely check out other rentals Sheryl has on our yearly Panama. 5 stars for Host and room, 4 stars for tidewater itself.

The condo provides such a relaxing atmosphere. Top floor views are unmatched. The hallways were quiet and never cluttered, elevator was not an issue, never waited long. The condo was equipped with kitchen amenities that exceed most every other property we have stayed at. The walk to the beach is quick with access directly across the street from the condo. So many options for eating and night entertainment close by. Joseph was always quick to respond and so helpful in providing direction. I was skeptical of PCB, but after this stay I would do it again without a thought thanks to the experience Joseph provided for our family.

The condo was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and well taken care of when we arrived. The views from the condo were spectacular! Susan was an amazing host and was so helpful prior to our arrival and during our stay. We definitely recommend booking with Susan for a pleasant vacation experience.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away from our hectic daily lives in Ohio! We went down for my close friend’s beautiful beach wedding and it was the perfect time! The place was exactly as described in the listing and I honestly have zero complaints. It was clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a rock!! The beach was easy walking distance and the beach chairs were an awesome bonus that she had there for our use! Leah went above and beyond for me! I had realized once I flew back to Ohio I had left something very valuable to me and she immediately got ahold of her people who had found it and kept it safe for me! I could not be anymore pleased with that customer service! And the honesty of her crew who found it for me! If I could give a million stars I would! I hope to come back in the near future and decompress again!

Nicole was great to work with! The place was beautiful and in a super cute location. The carts helped with getting our luggage to the second floor. The golf cart was a wonderful bonus! There was a lot of space for everyone to spread out. It was clean and had everything you could need. The master shower and adjustable bed were an added treat. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic house and great location within Edgewater! Responsive host! The kitchen is not stocked very well with dishes for cooking and limited towels but overall a great stay!
