These include weekly cleaning including towel and linen changes, GEZ fees, high-speed Internet with a 1 Gbit/s connection, garbage disposal and all electricity and heating costs. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the shared basement for a fee.

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m², offers plenty of space for a stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
