Vacation rentals with a sauna in Indochina

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend Lucas place it was extremely close to shopping centre’s restaurants and park and transport. Lucas apartment was immaculate and spacious Luca was friendly and had outstanding communication Nothing was a hassle and he responded straight away We asked for a late check out and Lucas was very accommodating and let us check out at 5pm as it would have been a nightmare carting 6 suitcases around all day. We will definitely be staying next time we are in Bangkok. Thank you so much Luca we really appreciate you going above and beyond. 5* 😊

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

I really enjoyed staying in this cosy apartment in central Chiang Mai. It was exactly as described, clean, modern and comfortable, and in an excellent central location. Nubkhun is an excellent host and was extremely helpful with very detailed instructions on the check in procedures, the apartment facilities and lots of useful local knowledge and great advice on where to go and what to see. Highlight of the trip for me was the amazing night bazar/market (Anusarn Market) on Changklan Road just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Chiang Mai and I would not hesitate to book it again on my next trip to CM.

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

The sky pool alone is worth the stay here, the beautifully decorated apartment and balcony view is just a bonus!

This place was better than I expected! It did match the pictures but seeing it in person was absolutely wonderful, very clean, comfortable (better than home!) and beautiful views. The host Arthit was very responsive (even with my silly questions! lol) and very helpful. It was easy to access but also very secure. The apartment is very well maintained, clean and as described. It's in a great location, making it easy to get around and get to the main points of interest. The entrance is simple and very well explained, which makes check-in hassle-free. Host is responsive, responds quickly to messages, and is very helpful. We felt confident throughout the stay. The only thing to note: the bed is very firm. Personally, I didn't like it, but my partner loved it – it's really a matter of personal preference. Apart from that, everything was perfect!

Modern building with a unique style. Fast elevators and active security. Great view of the city. Multiple restaurants and a 7/11 less than 50 meters away.

If you’re looking for a different kind of experience, this is the place to come. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and forest at the back, while the front opens up to a stunning sea view. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Having someone kind prepare your breakfast in the morning to them doing it all quietly without disturbing you was amazing While I went to the gym, my room was cleaned and our daily needs were always taken care of. We didn’t have to go to the market even once. You don’t even notice the presence of security or staff, everything runs so smoothly. Just 400 meters down the road, there’s a Muay Thai and fitness gym. After training, jumping into the pool or spending time in the ice bath was the perfect way to unwind. Everything was so well thought out, thank you so much. I had an amazing time.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I'm already thinking about coming back to Chiang Mai, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

I visited Bangkok with my co-workers. I've traveled to Bangkok several times, but I was a little worried because it was my first time using Airbnb... but when I entered the accommodation, all my worries disappeared. Great! Reception and response are very timely, there is a beach and bar nearby, go to the supermarket can also pick up and drop off by bus free, super convenient!!Clean and bright room, others come to clean up, recommended!!

After my stay at Utopai I feel grateful and deeply refreshed. Here I had the best sleep since a long time, accompanied by the quiet sound of a small creek flowing by.. It is a special and unique place and I wish to come back someday… Mon and Cliff are very kind, caring and helpful. I very much enjoyed talking to and meeting both of them.
