Aom and her staff were AMAZING. There was some confusion with the staff at Sylvian , too many people sending emails back and forth and not paying attention to the initial I sent. My wife and I along side friends and family enjoyed our stay at this property.

Beautiful villa with a lovely view of the sea. The staff were fabulous, helpful, friendly made us all feel very welcome and the chef cooked the most delicious food. They also helped recommend trips and booked anything we asked. Couldn’t recommend enough remember your mosquito repellent and strong suncream and you’ll have a wonderful stay.

This was our second stay at this villa complex, we love it! The location is amazing (literally 1 min from the beach, exactly a 2km walk to Fisherman’s village, and access to lots of hotels and restaurants). The villa itself is lovely, fantastic views, a very well-kept pool and good water pressure in the master bedroom. The staff were top notch, we were spoiled every morning for breakfast - Heidi (the villa manager) was so helpful in helping us book anything we needed. The rooms are spacious (they are spread out, so good for families with older children or adults (our kids were between 10 - 13, and it was absolutely fine for us, but not if they were younger)). The team kept the place clean. The only room which we couldn’t realistically use was the gym room (it has decent equipment, but the room is tiny and not particularly maintained). However, we found a great gym just 2km away which had a day pass rate. Highly recommended and we will be back!

Fabulous!! I traveled all over the world, we are used to renting luxury villas, I can guarantee that we did not stay in a villa like this one, the view, the staff, the calm everything was perfect Thank you again for this amazing welcome and we will be back for sure!

baan kilee was a phenomenal stay. we all adored our rooms and the space overall. the staff was so lovely and huge shoutout to Bao who’s service was incredible. highly recommend!
