Family-friendly vacation rentals in Indochina

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

The accommodation was beautiful, the staff really attentive and very kind. To get to the hotel, it is better to be by car as there is a big climb, but taxis come directly, so no worries. Food and pool, great, nothing to say!

Will highly recommend this place especially for it's location and how clean the place was! Will definitely choose this again if I visit Bangkok.

Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again

My stay with Stephen & Neaw was great. The villa is beautiful and the area is quiet. The kitchen was super equipped and we were even supplied with some food and water. Towels and linens were changed regularly, as well as regular cleaning. In general, the villa was very lovingly decorated with lots of little details. I'm sure I wasn't the last guest Thank you for a great stay.

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

It was so great to stay at Jin’s place! It’s a very spacious and clean house with fully equipped kitchen including a large filtered water dispenser, large veranda, beautiful garden and pool with an awesome view. We were very well looked after, she even organized a pick up and drop off to a special rate for us, which was very helpful 🙏 We’d love to come back sometimes, Thanks so much Gabi

I LOVED it!!!!! Me and my boyfriend enjoyed the hammock, the infinity pool, and cleaners came and made up the bed everyday. Obviously it’s more remote in the jungle area so make sure to wear your bug spray (can get good one at 7/11) and be careful leaving food out as there were a lot of ants and quick to respond. Otherwise gayna made our welcome so wonderful and gave us a lot of advice!! Mr. Boy helped us organize a scooter and boat tickets to koh tao & koh Samui and snorkel trip (which 100% recommend to see the famous uncle turtle - HES HUGE)

This place is perfect for a big family with kids. The place was big enough for the kids to run around and the rooms were comfy. Air conditioning was great as well which was important for Chiangmai’s hot weather. A huge shout out to Oar for helping us with multiple requests for massage. She was always responsive and the welcome dinner was great as well. Our family of 10 all enjoyed the stay there!

Beautiful place, location is up on a hill and not very walkable but was easy to coordinate transportation with local taxis, grab, etc. amazing view. Matthew was a responsive and helpful host and the staff were very welcoming!!

June 2025 - Great place and host . We stayed there recently for 5 days with a group of 4 families . Villas is a prefect place who wants a peaceful location little further out from the city hustler and into the nature . We are vegetarians thus the stacked kitchenette was really helpful. Strongly recommend

Absolutely fabulous place to stay for our 3 nights in Koh Lantan. The main bedroom was the best I ever stayed in with a very nice ensuite bathroom. My kids stayed in the other room and enjoyed themselves very much too. I have never ever used the pool in any hotel or apartment everyday that I am there till I stayed in Ian’s place. The pool was big and the inflatable floats gave us a very good time too. We had such a good time in the pool. Ian also helped us to order food in when we were too lazy to go out during one of the evening. Ian and Luk are outstanding host who checked in with us frequently during our stay and asked if we need anything. Will definitely come back here if I even visit this beautiful island again.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

Had a great stay at Zen’s place. The pool and outdoor sitting area are fantastic and the views of Kata beach are wonderful! Walking distance to Kata beach and Karon beach was quite the treat, and the restaurant recommendations were great! Zen was very responsive and overall a great host. We particularly enjoyed A Pillow and A Blanket for cocktails and to watch the sunset. Great value for your money - spacious, great views. I bet staying here with friends would be so fun and I would stay here again!

the place is tastefully decorated and clean，the unit is a corner room so there is a lot of daylight our stay is perfectly comfortable as the host provides all the needed amenities thank you Chatthorn
