In a word, it was perfect because it was concise.Different users may have different thoughts, but my family was very satisfied. It was perfect in location, facilities, and everything. I will use it again next time I visit.The host was kind and handsome. Thank you.

During the first stay in Thailand I could not have been blessed more than having had Oom as a hostess. She is a very kind hostess who shared deep insight into the plentiful Thai culture and Buddhist understanding. The accommodation was kept throughout the stay in pristine condition, which was very much appreciated. The local neighbors are very kind - met them always with a gentle smile. :) The bicycle provided by Oom was kept in a very good condition - it was of utmost joy riding through Phang Nga and appreciating the local abundant cultural heritage and places of either very well kept and/or untouched nature. 🙏 Sincerest recommendations to anyone and all who are looking to unwind and/or embrace the truly peaceful, serene nature present in (always sunny 😊) Thailand. ☀️

Wydnam was a good host with a lovely house who did everything he could to make our stay great. In my opinion he has not hosted many “western” family’s and there fore doesn’t really know what we expect. The house has 4 big double bedrooms and one single but I’m not sure how you would accommodate the suggested 16. In my opinion Wydnam could do with hiring a professional cleaner to help with change overs, the house was clean to a standard but inside cupboards were dirty etc. The house lacks a lot of what you’d expect from an Airbnb in the way of wine glasses, cutlery etc but I think this is just an inexperience from the host of what we expect to see. He also lent us his moped for use free of charge during our stay which was great. All in all a great house and I would stay again.

The place is nothing extraordinary besides the really nice pool! You can also play Ping Pong, there is a laundry machine and it’s very close to a supermarket and the beach. The hosts are very nice and helpful, even rented us motorbikes!

Great view and experience

A little hard to find at first, but after that an amazing base in a quite area of the island. Not too far to everything you need, but far enough to relax.

I've been traveling in Thailand for about 4 months now and Evan's apartment was by far the best I've found in Bangkok. From the quiet location to the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, everything was perfect. In addition, it had good kitchen utensils and a good mattress. I would definitely recommend it and I'll be back. :)

Great place owned by amazing people!

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and even helped me hire a bike for the duration of my stay.

I booked the apartment for my family for Tet holiday. The place is spacious and nice. We would appreciate it more with more utensils and glasses for water. But the owner had prepared drinkable water for us which is very lovely. We enjoyed our stay there, even during quiet time of Tet, the surrounding was still very active with grocery shops open. Thank you for hosting us!

Good hygiene, nice and good accommodation

The apartment is located in a good complex of buildings from a well-known developer. Convenient location and excellent infrastructure. Very polite housing manager (but this is Vietnam, everyone is polite here). The manager can offer you two housing options in one building, the second housing, which is called "new", is much better and I recommend taking this option.

The apartment is exactly photos, which is enough for family stays. Amenities like shampoo, bathgel, toothbrush, towels avaiable as staying in a hotel. There are many clothes washing shops in the street with cheap price, so very convinience. There are many banh my on the street in the morning, so good for fast breakfast. It is quite noisy at 10pm as it is near very crowded beach, but we can still sleep. Cleaning avaiable for free each some days, just ask the host and he will supply. He answer very fast. The swingpool is nice but with price (100k/audult, 50k/ kid) so we swim only 2 times. We prefer the beach. Sitting at the rooftop to enjoy the whole night view is great. We stays 5 days and all is good. And dont forget to ask the host to check the air conditioner before you come.
