The neighborhood is quiet, but it's far from the lively neighborhood, it's not easy to get around, but it's quiet to sleep

We had the most wonderful stay at Kim’s. After having a rather full on trip so far we wanted to relax at the beach but have the option to venture into town and Kim’s place was perfect for this. Kim also organised a snorkelling trip, airport pick up and drop off and our washing! She also cooked up a delightful breakfast every morning - really going above and beyond host duties we felt. If you’re looking for somewhere a little bit chill and but still close enough to Hoi An centre, walkable distance to the beach and multiple coffee and food eateries - this is a perfect place to relax!

We had a lovely stay at Poppy's place. We particularly enjoyed the pool on these hot late April days and the very good breakfasts.

We stayed 2 nights and had the best experience! The location is so peaceful and beautiful, it’s a great little retreat in the nature :) the hosts were so lovely and the breakfirst with homemade cakes was AMAZING! Loved all the animals roaming around :) would 100% come back!

Tuan was super helpful! He helped us secure a ride from Ha Noi to Sa Pa and Sa Pa to Noi Bai! He was also very helpful with our luggage since we had to leave early but had to leave our luggage at the lobby. location was also prestine super near to Sun Plaza. And water pressure is good! And there’s AC.

Mom and I stayed here for a few days and loved the place, will be staying here again :)

Perfectly located and easy to access, Benvair Bangkok Apartment is a solid choice for anyone staying in the city. The layout of the rooms were ideal—clean, modern, and functional. Regular cleaning kept everything fresh, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Could not thank Peter and Nuan enough for the private paradise we got to enjoy! 🛖🩵 The place is an architect’s dream! So many thoughtful details built/ designed into the space to make it intuitive and enjoyable. The pool and shower were also so aesthetically inspired. ☕️🥭 And all the curated amenities! Was such a nice surprise to get local fruits and freshly ground filter coffee!! 👋👋Peter and Nuan were also really responsive on messages when we had Qs. Everything made it such a beautiful experience for a much needed wind down. Our only regret about booking this place was that we didn’t stay an extra night or two.

I had a wonderful stay at Zen Boutique Villa. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the location was excellent yet pleasantly quiet. What truly stood out was the incredibly kind and flexible staff – always helpful, warm, and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, making it the perfect start to the day. In short: everything was perfect. I would gladly come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Honestly it was by far one of our favourite places. Beautiful homes stay, everyone was warm and welcoming. Local recommendations and walkable to the city. Can’t wait to come back:)

Had a fantastic stay . Was over for the Da Nang Triathlon and the staff -especially Tin were also helpful and available. Well appointed rooms and very comfortable. Only downside was construction noise into the evening . Also a great local neighborhood for all your food needs

It was a very pretty and amazing establishment - loved our time here cooking and eating by the river, with very responsive and considerate host.

We had a wonderful stay at Văn’s Homestay. She was so helpful and welcoming, made us lunch when we arrived, organised moto rental, and we were able to do a late check out. The food was delicious and the service was great. Swimming pool was a welcome treat after climbing the 500 steps to the Hang Mua Pagoda. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and bathroom equally so with lots of hot water and very well designed. Just beautiful. We were able to enjoy the tropical downpour from our balcony and slept to the wonderful sound of tropical rain on the roof. We just loved it!

We had a wonderful stay here and are incredibly happy with everything! The place is clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. My and her sister were amazing hosts – super helpful, always quick to respond to any questions, and full of great tips for things to do, places to eat, and more. My also helped us book tours and airport transport at very reasonable prices. They also offer a laundry service at a great price, which we highly recommend. We dropped off our clothes one afternoon and got them back the next day – absolutely perfect! The pool is lovely and perfect to cool off in, and we really appreciated being allowed to stay and use the facilities even after check-out since our flight was in the evening. The location is also great – just a 15–20 minute walk to the old town, in a peaceful and convenient area. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Hoi An and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A lovely place to relax and enjoy the mountain view, with a great cafe next door. Kim was really helpful- we hope to come back and scale the mountain one day.

The accommodation was even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. Everything was perfect — the host was very welcoming and always ready to help. Everything was spotless, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I had a perfect weekend. I highly recommend this place! Just note that it's a bit outside the center of Hoi An, about ten minutes away by scooter or car.

I really enjoyed my stay. It is located in great position between the ocean and the old city. The place is really beautiful and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Thu Ha was welcoming, helpful, and kind. She communicated so well, everything from local things to do to how best to find a boat. She answered all of our questions with patience and knowledge. Ancient House is a paradise. The home's keeper, Mai, is a lovely woman and the best cook in Vietnam! We hope very much to return to Ancient House and Aroma House one day.

Wonderful place to explore Sapa & the surrounding area! Food and motorbike renting were wonderful services provided by our host. We planned to join to the various guided trips they offered but than decided to explore the sights by ourselfs. I read the previous comments before booking. I agree maybe you can find cheaper services in the town or elswhere but I think the host provided very affordable prices too, we were a 100% percent satisfied. View is breathtaking either from bungalows and from the cafe area. Would stay here again! :)
