Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

Muangkham Cabin

Drive through the mountain road and find oasis of peace at Muangkham Cabin. Located high on the mountain in Muangkham village of Mae Rim district - 1 hour drive from city center of Chiang Mai - our cabin is the perfect place for you to get back in touch with mother nature. The cabin sits on a hill overlooking Pong Yaeng Valley, where local villagers live simple life growing coffee, flowers, fruits and vegetables. Perhentian Island Garden Villa

Stunning naturally ventilated villa set in nature overlooking the sea. Comfortable European length Queen bed with beautifully presented bathroom. Solar hot water rain shower. Mini-bar fridge. Minimum stay 2 nights. Rates given are strictly for 2 pax. Breakfast is not included. A separate bed can be arranged (but for an additional charge if for a 3rd guest). This villa is not suitable for a child. À la carte breakfast is available from our Bistro from 8.30-10.30am (closed on Mondays).

Maisak Cabin

Step into the enchanting cabin, a stunning teak wood house with 100 sq.m. of elegant space. Enjoy breathtaking views of Khao Yai National Park from the rooftop. Relax and unwind with amenities like a 50-inch TV, a bathroom with a rain shower, and an outdoor kitchen. Dine at the table set amidst nature or on the rooftop surrounded by a tranquil garden. The large rooftop is also your haven for stargazing with a glass of wine or a good book, soaking in the unique atmosphere and natural beauty.

The house is built on pills out in the water, between the Mangrove trees, and from your patio you can follow the tides going up and down 2 times a day. The house is located in a small fishing village, where everybody is fishing. We can arrange tours with private Longtail on the Bay to James Bond Island and Koh Panyee, or you can take one of our canoes and sail a tour around in the Mangroves. We can also take you to Samet Nangshe Viewpoint or to one of the famous temples in our area.
