My partner, dogs and I were so in love with this adorable home! Patrick was the most thoughtful host I have ever had, the house was full of amenities that made our stay so comfortable. Our two dogs absolutely LOVED the back yard, and the neighborhood was quiet and kind. Lots of food to eat nearby, both sit down and drive through. A park just up the block with an awesome play structure that would be perfect for kiddos! Overall, this home made our trip to see our daughter graduate that much more memorable! Thank you Patrick! We will definitely be back to this house if we are back in Kansas City!

What a great stay in KC! My sister and I were in town for a weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The pictures and description of the home are accurate and it exceeded our expectations. I especially loved the screened back porch - perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed. Scott was wonderful to communicate with and was able to accommodate our request to check-in an hour early. We'll definitely try to reserve this great spot again!

This place is exactly as it is listed. We were traveling for business in Kansas City but did not want the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect distance, accessible to every activity and amenity you could want. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great hosts! Proactive and responsive with communication.

Glenwood place felt like home and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. John was very responsive and very welcoming. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood and will definitely book in the future

We stayed at Karen’s place while in town for a quick work trip. The location was great and it was nice having a yard for our dogs. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for allowing us to check in a couple hours early as our party arrived from out of state. It was all such a smooth experience. And Mabry was very quick to respond when we had an a/c issue and he fixed the problem in reasonable time.

It was a refreshing change from the usual scarcity we often encounter with short-term rentals. I can’t wait to return with my family and soak up the charm of KC all over again!

I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

Concierge was very polite and helpful. Parking was very quick with easy access to the key fobs and elevator. The apartment was clean, cute and comfortable. Communication was top notch!

Our stay here was beyond excellent. John and Cora are so personable, helpful, friendly and accommodating that we can’t recommend this property and these hosts enough. We had two nights booked but found out a few days before our check-in that we needed to be in KC a day early. Cora and John allowed us to book that extra, earlier day and helped us with getting in and answered all our questions. The pool looked so inviting but we didn’t have a chance to swim this time. The location is a little piece of paradise. It was so quiet and private but close to everything. We loved the size of the casa as it felt safe and cozy, with all the needed amenities. Loved the washer and dryer so we could get a jump on laundry, as well as the full kitchen. The shower was great and water was hot. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in and so restful. The casa was clean and the towels were so fluffy and absorbent, no raggedy cast-offs here! The house was well stocked with all items. A+ Thank u

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very homey and spacious for the kids. The weather wasn’t the best so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the amenities, but overall we had a wonderful experience.

My husband and I stayed here to work remotely for a few days and this little property was a great value. We were very impressed with how clean the house is compared to its age. The train running through the back is, indeed, noisy and the back door was in pretty rough shape when we stayed, but the host let me know she will be replacing it and repairing the issues this weekend. We were very happy with our stay. We had no issues would absolutely return.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially enjoyed the BBQ setup — it made the evenings fun and relaxing. The basement was a fantastic bonus space, very cozy and well-kept. Everything was smooth from check-in to checkout. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Adam is very helpful to me when I reached out. He was very quick to respond. The house is very pretty, it’s not new but it’s just nice you fell at home and it’s so much better than a hotel room.
