Vacation rentals with a patio in Incline Village

Great place to stay in Reno with ample room for our family. Kitchen is well stocked. We felt right at home with all the amenities. The location is close to midtown and downtown area. We will be staying again on our future visits to Tahoe/Reno.

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

A fantastic experience from start to finish. The place was spacious and outfitted with modern amenities. Every aspect, from the stylish decor to the well-appointed furnishings was beautifully done. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Thank you !

- First of all the check-in instructions were super clear and concise, unfortunately we've arrived at about midnight so it was a little dark (as is expected as it's in the woods almost!) however because the instructions were really clear it made it very easy to locate keys and find the accommodation. - The description and pictures provided also show the property in a very accurate manner, it's very beautiful inside and incredibly homely, definitely felt like our own little home away from home. The kitchen facilities are also fully fitted so we've had no trouble cooking 'at home'. - One point worth noting is that the images don't do the location it self justice, the area is absolutely beautiful, full of natural wonder and some amazing views. The best part is a big chunk of said views is within walking distance. - I couldn't reccomend staying here enough, it doesn't even have to be snow season to enjoy this B&B! If it were an option I'd give it more than 5 stars, worth every penny!

Such a lovely place, I highly recommend! The space was clean and cozy, and just a short distance to good restaurants and other amenities. The host was also very quick to respond and had great recommendations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Peggy's Airbnb! The location is unbeatable – just a quick 5-minute drive to Diamond Peak ski resort, making our ski trip incredibly easy, especially with our group of 7. This was a huge plus for us! The property was very clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Traveling as two families, we found the home mostly well-equipped for our needs. The amenities were generally sufficient for a pleasant stay. Regarding value, the price was higher compared to some other properties we've rented in this complex before, which were sometimes more spacious. Overall, we had a wonderful and hassle-free stay. The proximity to Diamond Peak, the cleanliness, and the general comfort made for a great vacation. We would definitely recommend this property, especially to families or groups looking for a conveniently located and clean base for their Diamond Peak adventures. Thank you Peggy for a great stay!

Very convenient location, plenty of parking (it's a short walk from car to front door). The interior is super clean and tidy, and everything we needed was available -- we were so happy to have a well-stocked kitchen and VERY comfortable beds. The space is accurately reflected in the photos. One thing we were really glad to have is the outdoor space and plenty of privacy, nobody was staring into our windows, and the deck and front lawn provided plenty of opportunities to step outside and get some fresh air and sunshine. Our host was responsive and went out of her way to help us when we had questions. Thank you, Angela!

Our family getaway—8 adults, 2 kiddos (2 ½ & 5), and zero dull moments—was nothing short of perfect. The house was cozy yet spacious, with enough bathrooms to keep the peace and a well-stocked kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. Plenty of seating meant plenty of shared laughs, meals, and memories. And as if the stay wasn’t magical enough, Mother Nature threw in a complimentary snowfall on our last day. Talk about five-star service! The hot tub was the undisputed MVP of the trip (especially with the 5 year old)—warm, relaxing, and the perfect place to soak after a day at the slopes while pretending we didn’t have to go home. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat—especially if the free snow bonus is still part of the package :)

If you are staying in Incline Village, this is the place for your trip. Beautifully situated I proximity of the lake and local attractions, this unit has everything you need for a great getaway to the Lake Tahoe area. The host was one of the best I have encountered and was very responsive and accommodating.

Blue Mountain Haus offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. With parking right in front of the unit and a shuttle to the village just two doors down. This beautifully remodeled unit in NorthStar at Tahoe feels like home. Thoughtfully decorated, it offers a warm, inviting atmosphere. The well-appointed kitchen has everything needed for the family chef, seamlessly connecting to the dining and family rooms for quality time together. The cozy living room features ample seating, a gas fireplace, and stunning snow-capped hillside views. A quaint balcony with a bistro table is perfect for coffee, wine, or simply enjoying the scenery. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with plush mattresses, soft linens, and fresh pillows. A stocked laundry area with new machines keeps up with outdoor adventures. Thoughtful details and communicative hosts made this our most memorable vacation rental. We can’t wait to return for another season of relaxation and adventure! Thank you, Chad!

June was very helpful and responsive. This condo was able to accommodate a group of 6 adults. The condo was as described, very clean and so close to almost all restaurants, activities, gas stations and shopping centers in Incline Village. The beds and couch were super comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and had products that we were able to use. June also gave great recommendations for food and activities. I would definitely book with June again.

Kathy’s place was a wonderful home base for our Tahoe weekend. Being able to walk out to the edge of the lake, and out onto a beautiful pier in the peaceful water, just a minute away from the unit, was magical. It was very close to Tahoe City shops and restaurants- you could easily walk or bike over. The location was ideal. The complex was very quiet while we were there (Spring), really so peaceful, and just enough away from the bustle of the main road. Kathy was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we had any amenity we could think of at the ready. All around, a lovely stay in a beautiful place, thanks Kathy!

There's no closer ski-in / ski-out condo in the village than the ones in Catamount! What makes this one special, though, is that it's so quiet with the balcony facing the mountains, and the massage chair is a real luxury! Excellent stay overall, will definitely return!

Super close to kings beach and there’s a really nice town with a bunch of restaurants! The host was great at communicating! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Jared’s condo in Northstar was a great place to stay for our long weekend trip to the truckee area. The condo has two comfortable bedrooms downstairs and a nice large common space upstairs. The resort area is lovely and location is wonderful with just a short drive to both truckee or kings beach.

5 stars! Easy directions for room key pick up. Very convenient underground parking in building. There were snacks to welcome us, and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. They even had phone chargers in every room. The place was very clean and directly in the village next to a lovely wine bar. Would absolutely stay here again. Easy access to the lifts (approx 5 min) and all the restaurants and bars are stars away.

We stayed here in late March/early April and it was the perfect spot to decompress for a few days, and we experienced both sunny and snowy days. The home is located in central Incline Village with easy access to stores and restaurants. Lots of places to go walk and hike as well. A quick trip in either direction will land you either at Kings Beach or Sand Harbor. A perfect location for the warmer months. My husband took advantage of the fresh snow and snowboarded at Diamond Peak, located just minutes from the home. The home is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home in terms of amenities and super clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, etc. and so we were able to cook most of our meals seamlessly. There is plenty of space for adults and kids, and Tom provides really clear instructions for the usage of the home, checking in and out as well. I would absolutely stay here again, and can't wait for the warmer months! :)
