Condo vacation rentals in Incline Village

Loved our stay. Nebojsa & Sladana were very quick and responsive to questions before and during our stay. The place was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could have needed, and the location was great for ski in and out access. Bonus for being in the first floor. Hope to book again next season.

Sandy , It was a blessing to find this hidden gem. If there was a 100star, we would definitely give you that. Kitchen was so great and equipped with so much utensils and cookware. For kids, there was so many different games to keep them busy. There was so much space for our family. Parking was so nearby. Loved the instruction binder. Checkin in was so easy and most importantly, you were so helpful even though we kept bothering you with our questions. You genuinely have a best place around the area with such a fair price.

We had a great stay! Apartment was well furnished and convenient. it's location was great! We would definitely stay there again.

Very good family ski in ski out condo for spring break. Well stocked kitchen and updated appliances. Clean bathroom with plenty of towels etc. Comfy couch and living area. A little bit of a walk (with stairs) from the parking area so if you have senior members of your group keep that in mind. Very easy to get to and from the slope (ski down to gondola in 15 seconds). Village run returns you right to parking area for the condo.

It's a very cozy space. Small but still contains everything one would need for a long term stay. Not a great cellular signal, and apparently they have blackouts from time to time, but this isn't reflective of the host. Just an fyi if you're needing a stable cellular connection. The wifi is strong enough as well, apart from unforseen loss of electricity.

A great unit to enjoy family skiing! Everything worked in the unit, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Everything in the kitchen worked as expected and having a selection of DVDs to watch family movies was a spontaneous joy. Being on the top floor gave the best view and we hope to return next year

Janet and Zee's place is a wonderful place to stay with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for a family. Three of the four bunk beds are full or queen size and comfortable. The private beach access required additional payment to the host, so we did not visit there. There's plenty to see around anyway. Very close to Sand Harbor!

We had a fantastic time at this cabin! We enjoyed board games, TV, and the well-equipped kitchen. The only downside was that there was just one hair dryer, and it was a bit old, so we had to share it between the two bathrooms. Overall, it was a great experience—highly recommended!

Great location on the water and an excellent view of the lake. It was perfect for a smaller family trip. The community it’s in is very clean & other neighbors were super friendly. There’s a shared dock with little benches perfect for a morning coffee. The north side of the lake enhanced the “small town feeling” with fun lake side stores, little beaches & smaller (more Local) bars & restaurants. It was close to grocers which made planning meals on the fly super convenient. Overall such a nice location and would definitely consider staying there again.

This is our second time staying in Northstar and this time around we really liked the condo we stayed in. The kitchen was newly remodeled and it fully loaded with all the basic essentials to make a meal. The deck off the living was a nice spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and bird watch. My family had a great time playing with the mini foosball table and we loved the rec center. So much to do! The rec center staff were very helpful and polite. We look forward to booking again in the near future!!

We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend. The place was clean and exactly what we expected. The area is beautiful, so much to do, pretty good food, and of course surrounded by beautiful nature. No complaints.

We had an amazing stay at this property in Incline Village! The location is perfect—just minutes away from the lake, skiing, and plenty of great restaurants. The space itself was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

Comfortable space for our group of 7. Excellent location. Very responsive host despite the busy holiday season

The place was as comfortable as it appeared, with every possible amenity to make the place feel like home. Our dog enjoyed the toys and pet bed, and we appreciated the snacks left for us as well. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is excellent and many cute businesses are walkable. The location is forested and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Wow! The pictures of this place do not do it justice! First off, the view of Lake Tahoe is spectacular! We spent time on the top deck which has plenty of comfortable seating and umbrellas. Truthfully I could have spent the whole trip just sitting outside here. There is also a hot tub on a bottom deck that we did not use but is a nice option. As far as the inside of the condo, it is gorgeous. Everything is very high end and it’s decorated beautifully. Yet the place is so comfortable and you feel right at home. It was the perfect place for our family of 4. And the hosts were amazing communicators. We had a few questions which were answered immediately with very helpful answers. One note is it’s located about 30 steps below the parking lot and there are steps in the condo as well. For us it was worth every step and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Kimberly’s place was amazing! It was beautifully decorated with all of the little touches that make you feel right at home. The place was squeaky clean and looked like it was newly renovated. We would spend our days out hiking, exploring or on the water and most days came back to enjoy dinner at the townhome. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We loved enjoying our dinner on the deck overlooking the lake. The views were amazing! It is set high in a townhome community with beautiful surroundings. Although you have townhomes right next to you, it still felt very private with a cabin in the woods feeling. The beds were so comfy, I asked Kimberly were I could purchase the sheets. We usually retired to bed a bit early to watch a movie on the large smart television in the bedroom. (Both televisions were top of the line.) We loved that Kimberly provided quality beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler for our use. We will definitely be back! Ten stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at the condo. The location was great for skiing at Diamond Peak. The kitchen was clean and well stocked for cooking meals. The upstairs had an open floor plan and it was well decorated. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed here in late March/early April and it was the perfect spot to decompress for a few days, and we experienced both sunny and snowy days. The home is located in central Incline Village with easy access to stores and restaurants. Lots of places to go walk and hike as well. A quick trip in either direction will land you either at Kings Beach or Sand Harbor. A perfect location for the warmer months. My husband took advantage of the fresh snow and snowboarded at Diamond Peak, located just minutes from the home. The home is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home in terms of amenities and super clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, etc. and so we were able to cook most of our meals seamlessly. There is plenty of space for adults and kids, and Tom provides really clear instructions for the usage of the home, checking in and out as well. I would absolutely stay here again, and can't wait for the warmer months! :)

We had a great stay at Shannon's place. I felt it was even more scenic in person than in the pictures. It is a very pretty setting. It was also very quiet there during our stay. There is a unit above this one, but we never had any issues with that at all. We were in town for our son's wedding. This was a great location for us. It was close to the Hyatt and grocery stores. I loved that one bathroom had a ton of shelves. As the mother of the groom, I took over all that space myself. :) Shannon was always super responsive, often immediately and answered all my questions. She was also very helpful with flexing our check in and out times since no one was coming in right before or after us and that was so helpful to our time there. We would definitely stayed there again!
