I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Silvia's San Croce Terrace was a pleasure. It is easily accessed by bus from Santa Maria Novella station and a short walk to the major attractions and restaurants. We found the apartment to be very clean and well accessorized. Silvia even provided breakfast items such as yogurt, milk, juice and bread for toast. And then to be able to sit on the terrace at the beginning or end of the day was very nice. We highly recommend Silvia's San Croce Terrace.

The interaction for the reservation was quick. I stayed for work needs and therefore with special times but it was not a problem to adapt the check-in and check-out times. The welcome was warm and hospitable as if we had known each other for a long time. Pet friendly property, no problem accommodating my two Labrador Retrievers. The accommodation was clean, tidy and welcoming, nothing was missing, it felt like home, away from noise and traffic. Guests also have a Wi-Fi network with a fairly fast connection. Indoor parking. A small, well-kept garden is also available. I'll definitely be back.

What a wonderful reception. Maria and Gabriel are extra nice people and even Leila a sweet and affectionate dog came to meet us when we arrived. The panorama is breathtaking and so peaceful. The accommodation is very neat and everything you need. A delicious, freshly made breakfast every morning. A 10 in all areas and we will definitely go back.

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

I had a very nice room in a place with indescribable views. However, you should know that the place is very remote. Ruth and her husband were extremely friendly and accommodating. It feels very nice.

The accommodation is very comfortable, the room and bed are large and very clean, it is very quiet, you can't hear the street noise even though they are building. Lorenzo is very kind and friendly. He was attentive to us since we got off the train. He guided us to get to the accommodation and welcomed us very cheerfully and gave us recommendations for food and places to visit. The only thing we didn't like, but it wasn't an impediment to feeling good, was that the bathroom, although private, was outside the room. The location is very residential and from downtown you have to take the tram, since you walk a lot in Florence.

Francesco was a lovely host. The room was spacious and clean. It was nice that it included coffee and tea. We arrived a little later in the evening, but Francesco was flexible with our arrival time and even recommended a good pizzeria near. The room is located in a green and quiet neighbourhood, but well connected to the centre. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Bologna and we definitely want to come back someday!

We stayed 2 nights in the property, a beautiful garden that we enjoyed, well organized and with attention to detail. Great relaxing break! Great breakfast, good variety and availability of Ylenn. Ylena and Franco are excellent hosts, very kind in providing us with directions to the restaurants in the area (excellent!) room with private bathroom, with all comforts, the only drawback is the presence of the bathtub in the lower part of the bathroom.

Absolutely recommended! Nina is a wonderful host and I had a fantastic stay. I booked a double room for myself at very short notice and Nina made this possible immediately and easily. She was very nice and accommodating. The place itself is a dream. The room was not only sparkling clean, but also first-class and very tastefully decorated. Particularly noteworthy is the bathroom, which really sets standards in terms of cleanliness. The location in a quiet mountain village is perfect to escape the stress of everyday life and enjoy the silence. I felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend staying with Nina. Thank you for everything!

Leo was such a lovely host and the space was so peaceful and exactly what I needed! Spacious, comfortable and even checked in on me to see if I needed anything further. He was extremely responsive and patient with me, lovely person all around and I recommend this place for anyone who visits Bologna. It’s so close to everything and in a great spot. Right across a cafe if you need a quick coffee fix and not far from the station too! Thanks Leonardo!

Excellent alternative for those who are in the vicinity of Monte delle Formiche and Monte Bibele. Isolated place but ideal for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Annamaria was very helpful in welcoming us, with a flexible check-in time and clarity in all the services provided during the stay.

There is a lot to say about Andrea's place but I will start by talking about the host, Andrea. He is an amazing host, an artist, warm and friendly with a lot to share as someone who has travelled around the world. We loved chatting with him and his assistant, having dinner and drink together, joking and laughing while we felt we always had the option of finding a quiet and private place to enjoy the view, drink some tea and read. The house is an amazing place. Creatively and beautifully designed with unbelievably beautiful views of Tuscany's landscape. We really fell in love with Andrea's place and wished we could stay at least a week; maybe next time.

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

Stay with Massimiliano and Carmen was excellent. 5 starts is not enough for this experience, if I can I will give them 6 out of 5 stars. Both hosts are friendly and kind. Great and tasty breakfast in calm garden. Massimiliano also gave a tip for local restaurant. Accomodation was spacious and really clean. They also provide us with small snacks and water. I definitely recommend this place and hope to return there again.

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

We stayed for one night. Stefano waited for us even though we arrived at 8:00 p.m. The room and bathroom were large, with everything you need, very clean and well furnished. Even the kitchen and the room where we had breakfast in the morning were beautiful, it felt like home. For breakfast there were several cakes, cookies and brioches (even gluten-free), juices, fruit, cereals, rusks, bread, jam of all kinds... Everything was perfect. We slept perfectly, because the place is on a hill, quiet, with a view and a spectacular sunset.

Giovanna’s place is gorgeous. Set in beautiful countryside but with every amenity you could need. We stayed for the Grand Prix and travelled in by train which was much easier than travelling from Bologna. Giovanna couldn’t do enough for us, even waking up at 5.30am to make us coffee as we left. We’d highly recommend her place and stay again.

Everything was just unbelievable from the moment we arrived. The way driving to the top of the mountain was amazing. The jaw dropping panoramic view on the top was absolutely speechless. It was only 3 nights, but Enrico and Danielle made it the greatest! They made wonderful breakfast and dinner for us everyday. Visiting Enrico’s observatory was the most special experience we had that we’ll remember it forever. Luckily we were also able to join a local hiking group to experience the beauty of the mountains even more. And we learned a lot about the surrounding, landscape and Italy from Enrico and Danielle. We just fell in love with Italy even more! Thank you so so so much!!!
