Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Immendingen

Myself and my wife traveled from the uk to Christian’s property in rexingen in may 2025 , self check in was easy with a lock box containing the key to the property, Christian was always on hand to answer any questions I had. The home was spotlessly clean and as described in the listing , We felt at home straight away , Everything you need for a stay is provided , Towels , iron , washing machine , tumble dryer bed linen etc etc , It was like home from home , The area is quiet and peaceful because the property is set in a quiet location , most Black Forest attractions are a hours drive or you can take a 5 minutes walk from the property and you are within the forest with various nature walks of different lengths to choose from all starting from the property if you choose not to drive , We had a lovely evening meal in Horb at morgenland but would recommend you book in advance , A lovely weeks stay we had here and would recommend this accommodation,

We had a wonderful time in the Bijouhaus (2 adults, 4 children). The Bijouhaus was clean, fresh, bright and immediately created a feel-good atmosphere for us. Many leisure activities are quickly and easily accessible by car. The best strawberries of all time are available in the farm shop (5 minutes' walking distance) :) Andrea responded quickly and personally to any concerns or questions. Thank you for the wonderful time, we highly recommend the Bijouhaus...

We stayed at Eden Cottage for 3 nights in mid June, as a family of 4 adults and our dog. Big thanks to our host Martina, who was very prompt and supportive with any of our requests. Checking into the house was very easy, and all house rules were clearly communicated. A Things-To-Do folder made it easy for spontaneous activity ideas. The house is well located in the countryside of Stein am Rhein, and is very close to supermarkets. The railway station, Rhine river and old town are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The house itself is ideal for 4 people and a pet. All amenities are available, and the interior decor is great and thoughtful. The large garden is beautiful with many plants and trees. Our dog really enjoyed himself exploring around the garden. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

The place was large, very clean and cozy. Communication with the host went smoothly and kindly. She was accessible and helpful at all times. It was particularly nice that she had prepared a little gift for us and the children. At check-in, she was on site in person, which made the reception even more pleasant. The location is quiet and ideal for relaxing. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

Great host. Spacious, clean and very well equipped apartment. The house is divided into 6 appartments. Good location for biking, walking and visiting places. Very good communal facilities. Would love to return sometime.

I had a really good time at Helene's place. It's a nice place to stay the heating was on when I arrived which was very nice. I also got friendly explanation about the sauna which was a nice extra ☺️

Anita was an extremely friendly host, she hosted us very warmly. The accommodation is very cozy, well decorated and functional. The garden in front of the accommodation is really nice, we spent two very relaxing days.

Very courteous, friendly, competent hosts!! It was a very nice relaxing weekend. The hosts took care of everything and always responded very quickly. It was also very clean! We even forgot a little something there and it was offered to send it to us directly. I would book there again and again ☺️

It was a super apartment with beautiful views. There were "Bodensee cards" on the table for us without any explanation from the host about the use of these cards. Unfortunately, we didn't know what to do with it. We went to the Info in Sipplingen the day after. Fortunately, we got all the answers for using our cards there. Unfortunately, we were unable to dispose of our waste anywhere, as the waste containers were already full upon arrival. Even after 12 days, we were unable to get rid of it. So we took everything and threw it away at different supermarkets. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay in the apartment. Tip: possibly awnings at the dining room table. It is very annoying when you look at the sun at breakfast and have to put all your "fridge" stuff in the sun. There is an oven, so a few oven gloves would not be a luxury.

Our stay with Christine was just great! The apartment with the sunny roof terrace was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was extensively equipped, so you could cook well. To justify it, there was a delicious cake in the fridge and during our stay there was homemade lemonade. Accommodation and hostess 10/10. We would definitely come back :-)

We felt very comfortable in Antonie and her husband's apartment. The apartment is located outside (on the edge of the forest) about 15-20 minutes' drive by car to Lake Constance. That didn't bother us. It was very nice and quiet. The garden is super well maintained. The apartment is very clean and everything is taken care of. We can 100% recommend the apartment. Antonie and her husband are very nice and likeable landlords. We were even allowed to stay one night longer, which made us very happy. Thank you for the beautiful days with you.

Nice and cozy little apartment. Had all we needed and worked well with the crib and high chair. It is close to Überlingen which offers everything and we had a great time there. 5 minutes by car there are multiple grocery stores. A lot of hikes possible and a very nice playground in the village.

In a quiet location, the apartment is located just outside Radolfzell city, with a bicycle you can reach the lake shore and city in no time. Kitchen and bathroom are functional and clean, I especially liked the heavy curtains in the bedroom, as the room really gets dark, which I appreciate. The host couple was friendly and would have always been available if I had needed them. So, I had a nice bike vacation.

This is the third time we have stayed at the mill apartment and obviously we love the special place. It is a great spot to explore the Black Forest region of Germany. Look no further you have found the best spot. The water wheel turning outside the dining room window is simply a plus.

Rainer and Marika were extremely hospitable and extremely likeable. The apartment is spacious and very tasteful and extremely clean. In the morning you wake up with a wonderful view of the garden, a small idyll. Living in such a wonderfully renovated old house with a long history is something special! We will be happy to come back to continue hiking the Swabian Alb and catch up on our chat. Thanks again Gudrun and Martin

Barbara’s place was very well equipped, clean and felt very homely!! The view from the balcony is also very beautiful! Strongly recommend it!

Arne and Christine are perfect and accommodating hosts! The place was very clean, the quiet location beautiful and the view of the lake unique.

We had a very nice week and a half. Only the kitchen and fridge were smaller than expected; but no problem. The attic room in particular invited you to read and play.

Fantastic place to stay, highly recommended. Stayed for 4 weeks and used it as a base for travel. Ideal indeed. Very close to very reasonable shops for everything. Top place 👍

Elke is a very nice and accommodating host. She has a lot to make her guests feel comfortable. The apartment is optimal for 2 persons. It has everything you need. We will be happy to come back. (were not there FOR THE FIRST TIME and guaranteed not the LAST TIME either)...🫠
