Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Emmas Apartment

Herzlich willkommen in unserer modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung am Donauradweg! Du darfst Dich auf erholsame Tage in sehr ruhiger Lage inmitten der Natur freuen, mit eigener Küche (glutenfreie Ausstattung auf Wunsch), geschütztem Außensitzplatz im eigenen Garten, SMART TV, Tischkicker und Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes. Bahnhof und Aesculap sind in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Tuttlinger Innenstadt erreichst Du in 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Eine Minute zur Haltestelle des Tuttlinger Busverkehrs.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Zimmern is a village that belongs to the municipality of Immendingen. The apartment is located at the beginning of the picturesque Amtenhauser valley. The entire area is provided with numerous hiking trails and bicycle tours. In the immediate vicinity is a shopping center (Edeka, Drogerie Markt, Takko Moden, Lidl) and a hairdresser salon. Gastronomically, the area is also well equipped. Some information is available in the form of brochures in the property.

A rare gem in an idyllic location is the cottage with a hut flair. A former forester's house on its own large meadow in the nature reserve. The original condition of the house was left, which offers a cozy, rustic atmosphere. Each room has a sink, so the rush in the shower is not too big. The heated Waldhauser Hof Fässle offers a unique overnight experience. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!

Beautiful apartment with separate entrance in a quiet location directly on the Honbergrücken. The apartment is about 50 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen and a fully automatic coffee machine, a large living room with sofa bed and dining table/desk and a separate bedroom with a box spring bed (140 cm), bathroom with walk-in rain shower and a large terrace with seating. Free parking is available on site.
